★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto dare di meno l'avrei fatto, il medico in questione molto giovane e di un arroganza fuori dal comune, non entra in relazione ed empatia con i pazienti come dovrebbe fare un buon medico. Si è vantato più volte delle sue 3 lauree con fare altezzoso. Ero andata per un emergenza e una valutazione generale e non mi ha dato modo di spiegare le mie esigenze. Assolutamente bocciato!!!
If I could have given less, I would have done it, the doctor in question, very young and with an out of the ordinary arrogance, does not enter into relationship and empathy with patients as a good doctor should do. He has boasted several times of his 3 degrees with a haughty attitude. I went for an emergency and a general assessment and he didn't give me a way to explain my needs. Absolutely rejected !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Una piacevolissima sorpresa:mi trovavo in zona testaccio di sabato per delle spese e ad un certo punto mi si è staccata una capsula.Nell’affanno più completo sono tornata alla mia macchina e stavo per chiamare il mio dentista quando ho visto delle insegne luminose con scritto Studio Odontoiatrico Dr.Gentile. Mi sono rivolta a loro per la risoluzione del problema,ero tanto spaventata ed invece....mi hanno accolto in maniera impeccabile e messo subito a mio agio tranquillizzandomi...proprio tutti, dalla ragazza in segreteria, all’assistente ed il medico,che in maniera molto tranquilla e competente ha risolto in brevissimo tempo il mio problema.Ero disperata e sono uscita al settimo cielo. Un grazie di cuore a tutto lo Staff del Dr.Gentile
"A very pleasant surprise: I was in the Testaccio area on Saturday for some shopping and at a certain point a capsule came off. In the most complete trouble I went back to my car and was about to call my dentist when I saw some illuminated signs with the words Dr. Gentile Dental Studio. I turned to them to solve the problem, I was so scared and instead ... they welcomed me in an impeccable way and immediately put me at ease, reassuring me ... everyone, from the girl in the answering machine, to the assistant and the doctor , who in a very calm and competent way solved my problem in a very short time. I was desperate and went out in seventh heaven. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff of Dr. Gentile
