Nei primi incontri ha pazientemente ascoltato tutte le mie esigenze. Durante la fase progettuale è riuscito a propormi idee stilistiche interessanti e soluzioni costruttive ideali per rendere la mia casa bella e completamente sfruttabile. Ha studiato nel dettaglio i punti di forza dell’appartamento riuscendo a far rendere al meglio la disposizione interna delle stanze e utilizzare nel modo più opportuno la luce proveniente dall’ambiente esterno. La sua consulenza nella scelta delle porte, finiture e piastrelle è stata importante. Ha saputo dare un tocco di unicità anche all’ambiente del bagno e della doccia giocando sapientemente sul posizionamento di piastrelle quadrate ed esagonali. La sua cura nella progettazione dei mobili del bagno e del soggiorno mi è stata di grande aiuto per rendere confortevole tutta l’abitazione. Tramite utilizzo di render ha saputo mostrarmi durante tutta la progettazione come sarebbero venute la casa ed i mobili a lavori terminati. Preziosissimo il suo aiuto in merito a tutte le pratiche catastali e burocratiche. La sua presenza costante sul cantiere ha permesso che tutti i lavori fossero eseguiti a regola d’arte. Consigliato vivamente! I entrusted the architect Luca Brivio for the complete renovation of the apartment where I live. In the first few meetings he patiently listened to all my needs. During the design phase he managed to propose interesting stylistic ideas and ideal construction solutions to make my home beautiful and fully usable. He studied in detail the strengths of the apartment, managing to make the internal layout of the rooms better and using the light coming from the outside environment in the most appropriate way. His advice in the choice of doors, finishes and tiles was important. He has also been able to give a touch of uniqueness to the bathroom and shower environment by skilfully playing on the placement of square and hexagonal tiles. His care in the design of the bathroom and living room furniture was of great help to me in making the whole house comfortable. Through the use of render he was able to show me during the whole design how the house and the furniture would look after the work was finished. His help on all cadastral and bureaucratic procedures is very precious. His constant presence on the construction site allowed all the works to be carried out in a workmanlike manner. Mi sono rivolta a lui per una ristrutturazione totale del mio appartamento. Fin dalle prime riunioni ho notato la sua pazienza nell’ascoltare ciò di cui avevo bisogno, la capacità di espormi in modo accurato i suoi consigli ed un’attenzione notevole per i dettagli. Durante la fase di progettazione ha sempre fatto in modo di suggerirmi la soluzione ideale. Mi ha accompagnata nella scelta dello stile consigliandomi ciò che era più opportuno secondo i miei gusti sia in fase di progettazione sia durante gli incontri con i fornitori. È riuscito a trasformare il mio appartamento garantendomi la possibilità di avere una zona della mia abitazione dedicata alla vita famigliare ed una zona dedicata a studio. Le sue conoscenze in ambito tecnico sono state importanti per tutto l’aspetto della scelta dei materiali. La sua presenza costante in cantiere ha permesso che i lavori procedessero in modo fluido e con la massima precisione. La sua ampia conoscenza delle pratiche catastali ed edilizie mi ha permesso di affrontare serenamente tutta la parte burocratica. He accompanied me in the choice of style advising me what was most appropriate according to my tastes both in the design phase and during meetings with suppliers. He managed to transform my apartment, guaranteeing me the possibility of having an area of my home dedicated to family life and an area dedicated to study. His knowledge in the technical field was important for the whole aspect of the choice of materials. His constant presence on site allowed the works to proceed smoothly and with the utmost precision. His extensive knowledge of cadastral and building practices allowed me to calmly deal with all the bureaucratic part.
