Carli per farci fare un progetto di ristrutturazione di una villa del 1960, perché guardando i suoi lavori già eseguiti, ci sembrava in linea con i nostri gusti. E non abbiamo sbagliato! In brevissimo tempo è intervenuta per il sopralluogo ed il rilevamento delle misure sottoponendoci poi 3 soluzioni di ristrutturazione. Una volta fatta la scelta, ci ha sottoposto il rendering (in 3D) della casa ristrutturata e arredata e ..... è stato amore a prima vista! Siamo assolutamente soddisfatti del suo lavoro. Professionista seria, affidabile, molto disponibile, la sua empatia le permette di recepire prontamente le richieste del cliente ed interpretarle nel migliore dei modi. Consigliatissima ! Cercavamo un architetto per la nostra nuova casa a Milano, abbiamo visto le foto dei suoi progetti e ci piaceva il suo stile elegante, moderno e mai scontato. Non abbiamo dato tante indicazioni sui mobili e stili, ma abbiamo fatto vedere delle foto di arredamenti che ci piacevano, dei colori, e abbiamo dato un budget. Annalisa si è messa subito a lavoro, e devo dire che il progetto ci è piaciuto sin dall’inizio, le forme, i colori, gli spazi. Abbiamo discusso e valutato assieme piccole varianti e poi via con la scelta dell’impresa di costruzione e dei fornitori, da lei suggeriti, che si sono dimostrati competenti, seri e affidabili. Devo dire che, non avendo modo di seguire i lavori, è stato fondamentale il lavoro di Annalisa che ha garantito presenza fisica sul cantiere e coordinato le attività gestendo i tempi e controllando i lavori svolti. Da ultimo mi piace sottolineare la generosità di Annalisa che, oltre ad essere un eccellente professionista, ha seguito (e sta seguendo tuttora) il nostro progetto, fornendoci consigli e dispensando suggerimenti di arredamento e oltre. We met Annalisa through Houzz in June 2020. We were looking for an architect for our new home in Milan, we saw photos of her projects and we liked her elegant, modern and never predictable style. We didn't give much information on furniture and styles, but we did see photos of furniture we liked, colors, and we gave a budget. Annalisa immediately got to work, and I must say that we liked the project from the very beginning, the shapes, the colors, the spaces. We discussed and evaluated small variations together and then off with the choice of the construction company and suppliers, suggested by her, who proved to be competent, serious and reliable. I must say that, not having the opportunity to follow the work, Annalisa's work was fundamental, guaranteeing physical presence on the site and coordinating the activities by managing the times and checking the work carried out. Finally, I like to underline the generosity of Annalisa who, in addition to being an excellent professional, has followed (and is still following) our project, providing us with advice and dispensing furnishing suggestions and more.
