A fronte della fasulle gigantografie che sponsorizzano "metà cucina in regalo" e addirittura "super promo per 4 giorni di neo-apertura" una volta entrati scoprirete che non cè nulla di vero: quando cerco una cucina a che serve che mi parlate di omaggi come un asciugatrice o una cantinetta o un aspirapolvere? I pacchetti sugli elettrodomestici poi li fanno tutti, non v'è motivo di fermarsi da loro visto che neanche si soffermano a dedicarvi tempo per realizzare un vero progetto su misura per voi, vi liquidano con una chiacchierata sul budget senza che possiate avere un confronto di soluzioni pensate sulle vostre esigenze. Noi abbiamo bisogno di confrontare i preventivi ed i progetti con gli altri per scegliere dove acquistare una stanza di una casa, non un chilo di banane. Se partite così, vien voglia di allontanarsi anni luce dalla vostra esposizione invece di seguire con cura e guadagnare un cliente. La LUBE è esposta altrove per fortuna, infatti in altri posti, preventivo alla mano, ci stiamo ragionando sia sul progetto che sul budget perchè poi... prima di un acquisto così importante,ci vogliamo innamorare del progetto!

In the face of the fake giant posters that sponsor "half kitchen as a gift" and even "super promo for 4 days of new opening" once you enter you will discover that there is nothing true: when I look for a kitchen what is the use of you talking to me about gifts like a dryer or a cellar or a vacuum cleaner? The packages on household appliances then do them all, there is no reason to stop by them since they do not even stop to dedicate time to create a real project tailored for you, they liquidate you with a chat about the budget without you being able to have a comparison of solutions designed on your needs. We need to compare estimates and projects with others to choose where to buy a room in a house, not a kilo of bananas. If you start like this, it makes you want to move light years away from your exhibition instead of following carefully and earning a customer. Fortunately, La LUBE is exhibited elsewhere, in fact in other places, quote in hand, we are thinking about both the project and the budget because then ... before such an important purchase, we want to fall in love with the project!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata nello store Lube giovedì scorso e devo davvero complimentarmi su molti versanti.
In primis ammetto di non essere una cliente facile, vista la forte indecisione sulla scelta della cucina dopo aver visitato un pó di negozi e visto altri marchi.
Colta dal mio solito scetticismo, sono entrata in negozio e sono stata accolta con grande gentilezza da Silvia che dopo avermi posto qualche domanda mirata sulle mie necessità (finalmente qualcuno che ascolta il cliente) ha saputo mostrarmi bene l’offerta per poi propormi un paio di opzioni interessanti.
Con tanta pazienza (da parte loro!), siamo arrivati alla soluzione che stavo finalmente cercando. Ora attendo con ansia l’arrivo della nuova cucina!
I went to the Lube store last Thursday and I really have to congratulate you on many sides.
First of all, I admit that I am not an easy customer, given the strong indecision on the choice of cuisine after visiting a few shops and seeing other brands.
Taken by my usual skepticism, I entered the shop and was greeted with great kindness by Silvia who, after asking me some specific questions about my needs (finally someone who listens to the customer) was able to show me the offer well and then propose me a couple of interesting options.
With a lot of patience (on their part!), We arrived at the solution I was finally looking for. Now I look forward to the arrival of the new kitchen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spinti dalla curiosita' delle promozioni pubblicizzate sui media, abbiamo preso appuntamento per oggi..l'intenzione era di fare un semplice preventivo anche se cambiare la cucina dopo piu' di 20 anni rientrava tra i ns progetti futuri...accolti da Giuseppe ci siamo accomodati senza tante misure e progetti in testa! Eppure dopo un'ora e mezza di tempo dedicatoci alla vista del preventivo e del disegno non ci abbiamo pensato neanche un minuto e abbiamo fatto il contratto! L'empatia e'stata reciproca, pur essendo decisa di mio mi sono fidata pienamente e piu'la cucina prendeva forma piu'aumentava la voglia di vedere il progetto finito..e ne e'valsa la pena..accontentata tutta la famiglia con cantinetta whirpool, penisola con piano cottura estraibili direi che Giuseppe si meritera' sicuramente una cena a casa ns! Gentili e professionali anche Mattia e Gio..ci siamo trovati davvero bene.Ah in omaggio abbiamo ricevuto rido grembiuli e un roomba gia' in azione!
Eccoci qui il 3 marzo e' arrivata la ns cucina meravigliosa..9 mt lineari montati in un gg con ordine e precisione da una squadra espertissima!tutti i componenti giusti senza alcun errore nell'ordine e dopo il montaggio mi hanmo contattato per sapere come e' andata..ecco il risultato..
Driven by the curiosity of the promotions advertised in the media, we made an appointment for today ... the intention was to make a simple estimate even if changing the kitchen after more than 20 years was one of our future projects ... welcomed by Giuseppe there we are accommodated without many measures and projects in mind! Yet after an hour and a half of time dedicated to looking at the estimate and the drawing we didn't even think about it for a minute and we made the contract! The empathy was mutual, despite being decided on my own I trusted fully and the more the kitchen took shape the more the desire to see the finished project increased .. and it was worth it .. the whole family satisfied with whirpool cellar, peninsula with extractable hob I would say that Giuseppe will certainly deserve a dinner at home! Kind and professional also Mattia and Gio .. we found ourselves really well. Ah, we received a few aprons and a roomba already in action!
Here we are on March 3rd our wonderful kitchen arrived..9 linear meters assembled in one day with order and precision by a very expert team! All the right components without any errors in the order and after assembly we contacted me to find out how it's gone .. here is the result ..
