Sono stata in alcuni negozi per raccogliere informazioni ma l’attenzione al cliente è stata davvero scarsa o addirittura nulla. Finché sono capitata nel Lube Store di Venaria ed ho conosciuto Dina. È stata da subito accogliente, non insistente e prodiga di consigli e suggerimenti. La sua assistenza è stata costante e ora sono contenta della mia nuova cucina Lube! When I decided to change the kitchen I opted for a Lube. I have been to some stores to gather information but the attention to the customer has been very low or even zero. Until I came to the Lube Store in Venaria and met Dina. She was immediately welcoming, not insistent and generous with advice and suggestions. La scorsa settimana è stata installata la mia nuova cucina, creata grazie ai consigli e alla professionalità del Sig. Paolo! L' unica differenza a questo punto lo fa lo store che si sceglie e io consiglio assolutamente quello di Venaria in particolare l'arredatrice Dina. Mi ha consigliata in maniera eccellente studiando con me ogni particolare per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio a mio disposizione. Paziente, attenta e con un ottimo gusto, la ciliegina sulla torta di un ottimo mobilificio. LUBE is a guarantee! Perfect materials, on-time delivery and also clean and professional attentive fitters. Non avevamo nemmeno un idea dì cosa volere e sicuramente non dì comprare al primo Appuntamento, invece grazie alla professionalità correttezza e preparazione dì Dina abbiamo acquistato al primo colpo una signora cucina! Facendoci solo qualche domanda è riuscirà a capire cosa volevamo e a costruire la cucina dei nostri sogni. Durante tutto il percorso è stata presente e professionale. Ad oggi non ho ancora risolto il problema . Ho contattato più volte il venditore che mi risponde non essere di sua competenza, decine di telefonate all'assistenza, mail al centro Lube. Stamattina finalmente mi arriva un tecnico che non è in grado di montare il pezzo in quanto non informato sul lavoro da fare. Purtroppo nell'installazione di una semplice barra porta oggetti sbaglia a bucare il muro così mi ritrovo con 2 buchi su una parete nuova da rattoppare. Per farla breve oltre il danno la beffa. Cucina (pagata ovviamente subito), pezzi che non arrivano e danno da riparare! Una barzelletta. Peccato che ad oggi si è rivelata una grande delusione e non ho un un'interlocutore affidabile a cui rivolgermi! Bought the kitchen in July and delivered in December.
