I nostri ringraziamenti vanno prima di tutto all'arredatrice Claudia , una professionista vera, come se ne trovano poche al giorno d'oggi. In pochi minuti ha saputo trovare la soluzione perfetta per noi. Brava, competente e anche molto simpatica! Poi complimenti alla squadra di montatori, che hanno fatto un lavoro impeccabile e hanno lasciato tutto pulito. Anche gli operatori dell'assistenza clienti sono gentili e disponibili. La nostra camera è veramente bellissima, io e il mio compagno Riccardo siamo soddisfattissimi e, davvero, complimenti ! We bought our bedroom here. La venditrice MARINA si è rivelata risorsa preziosa in tal senso, dimostrando grandi capacità di consiglio, disponibilità e pazienza anche quando il fornitore è arrivato tardi sulla consegna dei mobili, tenendo con lo stesso un filo diretto e aggiornandoci sul proseguio.Abbiamo arredato praticamente l'intera casa nel punto vendita, i prodotti appena consegnati risultano essere pressochè perfetti ( solo un paio di guide che ci han detto verranno sistemate a breve). Nota speciale per la SQUADRA 213 capitanata da DAMIANI GIANNI che si è dimostrata essere davvero eccellente nel montaggio e super disponibile nel seguire fino alla fine i lavori anche quando questi, per cause non di loro competenza, si sono rivelati più difficoltosi del previsto. Un grazie infinito al gentilissimo e paziente Alex ed alla sua professionalità soprattutto per la progettazione della cucina che richiede una scrupolosa precisione quando lo spazio a disposizione è ridotto. Ottimi anche i tempi di consegna e montaggio: gentili e simpatici i ragazzi addetti. Asta del Mobile è ormai il mio punto di riferimento. Il montaggio fatto bene, con scrupolo e competenza dalla squadra della ditta Damiani 213. Tra l'altro torneranno per portarmi il top su misura e su dima costruita da loro in modo che sia perfetto. Peccato che la ditta costruttrice ha sbagliato alcune cosette che ora mi devono sistemare... spero al più presto. Il venditore è molto disponibile, cortese e paziente. E' venuto personalmente a casa per controllare gli sbagli e porvi rimedio. Oggi 9 febbraio 22 cucina finita finalmente...grazie anche alla ditta Damiani che ha rimediato agli sbagli della Mobilturi, montandoci il top ed il resto alla perfezione. Il venditore GIORGIO ci ha seguito per tutto il percorso da quando siamo entrati per il preventivo e poi di seguito fino ad oggi, curandosi che tutto sia andato per il verso giusto. L'accoglienza e la professionalità con cui la signora Claudia ci ha presentato le soluzioni possibili sono state esemplari, ci ha aiutato a scegliere le soluzioni migliori per coniugare funzionalità e design. La consegna è stata puntuale e la squadra addetta al montaggio è stata professionale ed efficente (non pensavo che riuscisse a montare tutto l'arredamento in un solo giorno). Ultimo ma non meno importante il prezzo, rispetto ad altri preventivi è risultato minore del 30%! Sicuramente lo consiglieremo ad amici e parenti. Abbiamo acquistato cucina Turi e parete soggiorno che, sono stati installati/montati dalla squadra Damiani 213, anch"essi molto bravi, meticolosi e attenti al particolare, avevamo un problema per coprire un contatore ed e' stato fatto nel migliore dei modi. Mi spiace che la mia recensione non sia stata visibile a Gennaio per problemi di account ma, d'altra parte ne approfitto per aggiungere che a distanza di 2 settimane ci siamo accorti che uno degli sgabelli utilizzati nella penisola cucina aveva dei problemi ho scritto un email e la signora.ra Marina si e' attivata tempestivamente risolvendo il problema. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati come se fossimo persone di famiglia. Ci torneremo!!! We felt pampered as if we were family members. We will be back!!!

Purtroppo sono uscita delusissima, il design puo'non esser male anche perchè ci si ispira a mobili di grandi designer e design.purtroppo la qualità dei materiali, di produzione è molto bassa, soprattutto se messa in comparazione con i prezzi ALTISSIMI, ma proprio alti e lo dico perchè ben conosco i costi di produzione. Io purtroppo sono uscita indignata ma felice per loro giacchè vedo che la gente è molto soddisfatta.
