★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione, non rispondono al telefono ed alle mail, il contratto di assistenza a garanzia per i rimborsi non è stato rinnovato da gennaio 2021, non versate soldi se non vi fate dare il numero di pratica del tour operator. noi abbiamo una prenotazione che non risulta in Veratour e tutti i loro fornitori sono stati disdettati (riscontro dopi una giornata passata a cercare tutti i loro contatti)
Attention, they do not answer the phone and e-mails, the guarantee assistance contract for refunds has not been renewed since January 2021, do not pay money if you do not get the tour operator's file number. we have a reservation that does not appear in Veratour and all their suppliers have been canceled (feedback after a day spent looking for all their contacts)
