★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato la boutique Louis Vuitton di Genova poiché avevo necessità di domandare una expertise su una Keepall Bandouliere ricevuta in eredità. Pur conscio del fatto che LV non rilasci attestati di originalità dei prodotti, mi sono deciso a tentare.
Il personale è stato estremamente cortese, soprattutto nella persona che mi ha seguito (l'unico uomo in boutique). Gentilezza e professionalità estreme. Acclarata l'originalità della Keepall, mi è stata altresì concessa la marchiatura gratuita delle iniziali sul porta address, pur non essendo il pezzo acquistato presso questa specifica boutique.
Ringrazio pubblicamente la Maison Louis Vuitton e il distinto signore (di cui non rammento il nome) che mi ha davvero "coccolato" interpretando al meglio lo stile che la Casa vuole trasmettere. Last not least, il tutto senza che io acquistassi alcunché.
Tornerò certamente per futuri acquisti. Stento a credere alle recensioni negative che leggo e che mi avevano reso un po' prevenuto.
Visitate senza timore questo negozio. Merita.
 I visited the Louis Vuitton boutique in Genoa because I needed to ask for an expertise on a Keepall Bandouliere inherited. Although aware of the fact that LV does not issue certificates of originality of the products, I have decided to try.
The staff was extremely courteous, especially in the person who followed me (the only man in the boutique). Extreme kindness and professionalism. The originality of Keepall has been clarified, I was also granted the free marking of the initials on the address door, even though the piece was not purchased at this specific boutique.
I publicly thank the Maison Louis Vuitton and the distinguished gentleman (whose name I do not remember) who really "pampered" me by interpreting the style that the House wants to convey. Last not least, all without me buying anything.
I will certainly return for future purchases. I can hardly believe the negative reviews I read and that made me a bit biased.
Visit this shop without fear. He Deserves.
