Competent instructors and close-knit group gave me excellent support in the preparation of the competitions in which it was possible to participate. It competes as a team in both national and international races with excellent results, I recommend this course to anyone who wants to approach this discipline.

Gli atleti sono rispettosi dell'avversario, disposti a dare consigli e in generale fanno da fantastici compagni di sparring. Più importante, sono cordiali anche con i nuovi arrivati e contribuiscono a creare un ambiente famigliare.
Great gym, with highly trained teachers and a friendly and informal atmosphere. Athletes are respectful of the opponent, willing to give advice and in general act as fantastic sparring companions. Most importantly, they are also friendly with newcomers and help create a family environment.
