★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero curiosa sento parlare di Loreti bomboniere da una vita , quindi penso di poter trovare qualcosa di grazioso e particolare per la comunione di mia figlia , alche oggi mi avvio ma c era un enorme traffico parto dall altra parte di Roma e arrivo Aime tardi ; entro alle 12 54 ..dicendo alle signore che erano lì che mi hanno guardata con odio .che avrei fatto presto presto ....e mi sento rispondere con tono acido da una di loro signora noi tra cinque minuti chiudiamo....e io si faccio subito do un occhiata veloce e lei ripete alla collega quello che le avevo detto io "presto presto."...ecco un solo appunto...sono del settore commercio quindi so gli orari e tutto il resto ,ma non mi sono mai permessa.di rispondere a clienti in modo inadeguato oppure prenderle .in giro e sopratutto non rispondiamo così. ..comunque contenti voi ma avete perso veramente una possibile cliente ( ero venuta anche per altre persone ) tenetevi stretto le vostre commesse diciamo antipatiche col cliente
I was curious to hear about Loreti wedding favors for a lifetime, so I think I can find something pretty and special for my daughter's communion, which I start today but there was a huge traffic I leave from the other side of Rome and I arrive late Aime; by 12.54 ... telling the ladies that they were there that they looked at me with hatred. that I would soon be doing .... and I feel an acid response from one of their mistresses we close in five minutes ... and I immediately take a quick look and she repeats to the colleague what I had told her "soon." ... here is just one note ... I am from the trade sector so I know the timetables and everything else, but I don't I am never allowed. To respond to customers inadequately or take them around and above all we do not answer that way. .. however happy you are but you have really lost a possible customer (I came for other people too) hold on to your orders we say nasty with the customer

Tutti emozionati io e il mio fidanzato ci rechiamo al punto vendita non immaginando di trovare un pessimo servizio....le commesse ostili,con un aria di sufficienza e guardandoti dall'alto verso il basso si sono permesse di dire "mettete prima i soldi da parte e poi venite da noi"...noi i soldi da parte li abbiamo e di certo non li veniamo a spendere da voi!
Negativissima experience! All my friends and I are thrilled we go to the store not imagining to find a bad service .... the hostile orders, with an air of sufficiency and looking at you from top to bottom they allowed themselves to say "put the money first aside and then come to us "... we have the money aside and we certainly don't come to spend it on you!

Sono entrata con mia mamma e la proprietaria ci ha guardate con sgarbo, lei era al telefono abbiamo chiesto informazioni su dove trovare quello che stavamo cercando e ha risposto con aria di supponenza dicendo “ovunque” il negozio era vuoto poi è entrata una sua conoscente e le ha riferito qualcosa all’orecchio intimorita che potessimo sottrarle della merce ed è andata via.
A quel punto ho salutato ringraziando e sono uscita
Penso che l’accoglienza del cliente e la gentilezza debba essere al primo posto soprattutto in un luogo che si occupa di servizi di confezionamento per eventi
Yesterday I went to this shop for my son's first communion favors.
I went in with my mom and the owner looked at us with disdain, she was on the phone we asked for information on where to find what we were looking for and she replied with an air of arrogance saying "wherever" the shop was empty then an acquaintance of hers entered and she told her something in her ear, afraid that we could steal the goods from her and left.
At that point I said goodbye with thanks and went out
I think that customer hospitality and kindness should be first and foremost, especially in a place that deals with packaging services for events
