Avevo prenotato con largo anticipo delle bomboniere per un evento, ma il giorno prima della consegna vengo informata che le stesse non erano disponibili. Faccio l'evento senza bomboniere e le stesse mi vengono consegnate con un ulteriore ritardo oltre la data concordata! Per quanto riguarda i sacchetti (appunto non richiesti!) Erano una decina (e non 30!) E tra l'altro neanche tutti uguali, facendo pensare ad una rimanenza di magazzino da smaltire. Lo sconto è stato detto a parole,ma non applicato al paesaggio della carta di credito. Sono rimasta molto delusa dall'accaduto! A star because professionalism does not exist in this place! I had booked party favors well in advance for an event, but the day before delivery I am informed that they were not available. I do the event without favors and they are delivered to me with a further delay beyond the agreed date! As for the bags (precisely not required!) They were a dozen (and not 30!) And among other things not all the same, suggesting a remainder of the warehouse to be disposed of. The discount was spoken in words, but not applied to the credit card landscape. I was very disappointed with what happened!

E poi i proprietari sono fantastici di una gentilezza e carineria come poche. Assolutamente consigliato Amazing place. Small shop in the Malatesta / Pigneto area full of gift ideas for all budgets but of great quality. And then the owners are fantastic with a kindness and cuteness like few others.
