Costo davvero elevato, 45,50 di cui 10 euro per impacco e shampoo, 18,50 per il taglio (la spuntata di circa 2 cm) e 17 euro per la piega lunga... Non si dovrebbe chiedere ok del cliente prima di applicare prodotti con costi aggiuntivi così elevati? In questo caso avrebbero dovuto chiedere alla madre vista l'età della cliente! E come se non bastasse la piega è stata fatta malissimo, dopo poche ore i capelli erano già gonfi (mia figlia ha i capelli ricci). Pessimo, sconsigliatissimo e prezzi decisamente elevati. Sì tratta pur sempre di un negozio all'interno di un centro commerciale, mica eravamo da Coppola! My minor daughter went here for a trim on long hair and smooth pleat with a plate. B	Bordoni 92 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo se c'è posto, mi dicono di sì e che devo aspettare. Nel negozio ci sono tre persone ed una in attesa. Una volta usciti due dei tre clienti, e dopo aver chiamato il ragazzo in attesa, mi dicono che è il mio turno. Entrato mi viene però detto che c'è stato un errore e che devo aspettare ancora. Nel frattempo arriva un altro ragazzo che si mette in attesa, il quale, noto, essere amico di una delle parrucchiere. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa fanno entrare il ragazzo arrivato per ultimo prima di me. Inutile dire che mi sono alzato e me ne sono andato. Questa non è attenzione al cliente. Mi auguro almeno che il ragazzo arrivato per ultimo sia entrato prima di me per l'incompetenza della negoziante e non per favoritismi. Quello che offrono è un servizio che è scadente, quindi immeritevole. I ask if there is room, they tell me yes and that I have to wait. There are three people in the shop and one waiting. In the meantime, another boy arrives and puts himself on hold, who, known, is a friend of one of the hairdressers. After 30 minutes of waiting they bring in the boy who came last before me. Needless to say, I got up and left. This is not customer focus. I hope at least that the boy who arrived last entered before me because of the incompetence of the shopkeeper and not because of favoritism. What they offer is a service that is poor, therefore undeserving.

Dopo 1 ora e venti ero ancora fuori ad aspettare. Me ne sono andata I asked for an appointment and they told me they worked without an appointment but if I waited 20 minutes they would let me in. After 1 hour and twenty I was still outside waiting. I left
