Spesso ci imbattiamo in parrucchieri costosi che nonostante la spesa che ci fanno sostenere non hanno cura di realizzare fino in fondo i nostri desideri. Il parrucchiere ha il prezioso compito di farci sentire belle, e il difficile compito di farlo facendoci stare bene con noi stesse. Molti parrucchieri finisco per non dare voce, nel taglio, alle nostre richieste mettendo un pò troppo della loro iniziativa, senza tenere conto del fatto che ciò che il cliente chiede è ciò che il cliente vuole e non importa il risultato finale, non importa l'opinione di chi lavora su di noi se non esplicitamente richiesta o peggio se esposta e comunque rifiutata. Vi faccio un esempio: vi è capitato di recarvi da parrucchieri a cui chiedete di tagliare solo le punte e che finiscono per tagliare 5 cm di capelli per eliminare le doppie punte "perchè così il capello si riprende" anche se voi, in quel momento, non avete interessi che il capelo si riprenda ma volete semplicemente una spuntatina? Ecco! tutto ciò con Alberto non succede. tu chiedi, lui propone, consiglia, com'è giusto che sia, tu ribadisci ciò che vuoi, lui esegue! Grande Alberto.
