Super-stocked hardware, excellent value for money. The only negative note, having a business implies having good relationships with people and especially with customers, good manners are not their forte. Sometimes it takes very little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver effettuato un ordine via web (di domenica) mi sono accorto di aver sbagliato articolo ed ho postato una mail al commerciale chiedendo cortesemente l'annullamento dell'ordine( è stata letta dopo minuti, sempre di domenica). Il giorno successivo, pochi minuti dopo l'apertura del negozio, l'ordine era stato annullato, rimborsato ed avevo ricevuto conferma alla mia mail. Complimenti per disponibilità ed efficienza .Ordinero ancora da loro.
After placing an order via the web (on Sunday) I realized that I had the wrong article and I posted an email to the salesman politely asking for the cancellation of the order (it was read after minutes, again on Sunday). The next day, a few minutes after the shop opened, the order was canceled, refunded and I received confirmation in my email. Congratulations on availability and efficiency. I still order from them.
