V	Valentin Cor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente delusa e frustrata. Bici acquistata a fine ottobre, appena uscita dal negozio mi sono subito accorta che i livelli di assistenza erano impostati male. Abbiamo chiesto al rivenditore spiegazioni e ci ha detto che avrebbero smontato la centralina e mandata direttamente alla casa madre (la bici era NUOVA). Dopo 10 giorni della bici in assistenza, ci hanno restituito la bici con la centralina "aggiornata", una volta montata dava lo stesso problema. Al 4 livello di assistenza arriva al massimo ai 13 km/h. Il rivenditore ha chiamato la casa madre, che gli ha detto che la bici acquistata da me (AURELIA) aveva come impostazioni di assistenza quelli e che non si potevano cambiare. Peccato che nel libretto di istruzioni della batteria e della centralina viene fornita la possibilità di cambiare l'assistenza. Se avessi voluto una bici che non desse assistenza avrei comprato una bici muscolare e non avrei speso 1600 Euro. assolutamente DELUSA!! NON COMPRATE! E' UNA TRUFFA!!! At the 4th level of assistance it reaches a maximum of 13 km / h. The dealer called the parent company, who told him that the bike I bought (AURELIA) had those assistance settings and that they could not be changed. Too bad that in the instruction booklet of the battery and of the control unit it is possible to change the assistance. If I wanted a bike that didn't give assistance I would have bought a muscle bike and I wouldn't have spent 1600 Euros. absolutely DISAPPOINTED !! DO NOT BUY! IT IS A SCAM!!!

Metto una stella perché i livelli di assistenza non funzionano come indicati nel libretto di istruzioni. Il rivenditore ha mandato tutto in assistenza per aggiornamento della centralina, ma non è cambiato nulla. La bicicletta ha 20 giorni di vita e 10 li ha passati in assistenza senza NESSUN risultato. Il problema è la sequenza dell'assistenza, praticamente fino a 4 è quasi inesistente (si raggiungono a mala pena i 13km/h). VOGLIO SOLUZIONE, mi spiacerebbe doverla restituire, perché è molto bella, stabile e comoda. I purchased an AURELIA at the end of October 2020, very beautiful and well made. Assistenza zero e mai più un prodotto simile...centralino ufficiale scostumato ogni qualvolta che ho provato a telefonare per farmi aiutare dato che la mia e-bike pagata quasi 6 Milà euro gode di una garanzia farlocca di due anni. Ma che dire se potessi ritornare dietro nemmeno per regalo accetterei un marchio se così lo vogliamo chiamare. Farei una faccia di schiaffi a quell'operatore scostumato se lo avessi qui a quattro occhi. Che schifo. Scappate sempre. Nemmeno loro sanno le cose.

Non ho mai acquistato una bici dalla loro azienda , ma ci sono cascato con un loro prodotto , il mono pattino , pagato 550€ , all’apparenza è abbastanza solido , ma usandolo ho avuto diversi problemi ,in primis il gancio ferma manubrio che mi crea continuamente problemi più di una volta il manubrio si abbassa rischiando di cadere per terra , il gancio è provvisto di un dado che pur mettendo più volte il ferma filetti di svita continuamente, ho dovuto comprarmi una chiave per stringere il dado e portarmela dietro , La centralina posta sotto lo scooter si è staccata facendo un rumore pazzesco mentre camminavo , poi risolto portando il mezzo dal meccanico , 2 parafanghi posteriori rotti , molto fragili e saranno sempre destinati a spaccarsi ! In tutto questo l’assistenza della Lombardo uguale a zero !!!! Never again with this pseudo company, I am only sorry that it is in the province of Trapani where I live! I have never bought a bike from their company, but I fell for one of their products, the mono skate, paid € 550, apparently it is quite solid, but using it I had several problems, first of all the handlebar clamp that creates me continually problems more than once the handlebar lowers risking falling to the ground, the hook is equipped with a nut which, while putting the thread stop continuously unscrewed several times, I had to buy myself a wrench to tighten the nut and take it with me, The control unit located under the scooter came off making a crazy noise while I was walking, then solved by bringing the vehicle to the mechanic, 2 broken rear fenders, very fragile and will always be destined to break! In all this, the assistance of Lombardo equal to zero !!!!

Ho acquistato presso un rivenditore ufficiale il loro monopattino....ho chiamato in azienda per avere dei chiarimenti in merito all’ estensione gratuita della garanzia e al problema che con la luce del giorno il display del monopattino è praticamente invisibile.....mi è stato detto di rivolgermi a loro via email....nessuna risposta.....peccato che il rivenditore rappresenta così bene un’ azienda che dopo gg non si è fatta sentire......ho rivenduto il monopattino.....preferisco comprare prodotti supportati da un’azienda PRESENTE!!!
