bad service! bought a neon tube arrived with an indecent packaging and broken neon, slow responses to get a new product, second neon arrived broken again and always indecent packaging, on the third attempt always broken, asked for a refund and bought elsewhere, zero professionalism!

I bought a knife through their Amazon store, to date it still hasn't arrived, I tried to call them, the guy I spoke with asks me to wait a second and suddenly the call ends. Tried re-contact without any answer! Not recommended.
