★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo aprire un attività ma non mi è stato possibile( non per causa mia ) quindi ho bloccato l’ordine prima che arrivasse, ma il venditore POSTELLI di Foligno mi ha obbligato a pagare tutto e poi vedevamo il da farsi.
È andata a finire che sono stata presa in giro mi trovo con 4000€ di merce e non so che farci ? non ho chiesto soldi in cambio ma almeno un cambio merce anche perdendoci soldi , ma non è stato possibile.
Per quanto mi riguarda non metterò più piede da voi e farò una pessima pubblicità.
Veramente una brutta e cattiva esperienza è l’unica azienda che non ci è venuta incontro
I had to open a business but it was not possible for me (not because of me) so I blocked the order before it arrived, but the seller POSTELLI from Foligno forced me to pay everything and then we saw what to do.
It turned out that I was taken for a ride with € 4000 worth of goods and I don't know what to do with it ? I didn't ask for money in exchange but at least for a change of goods, even losing money, but it wasn't possible.
As for me, I will never set foot in you again and I will do bad publicity.
Truly a bad and bad experience is the only company that didn't meet us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale grande e buon assortimento ma prezzi troppo alti, e commesso poco disponibile.
Ad esempio: Ho comprato da loro delle prese schuko rosse bticino serie matix 2p 2t, pagate ciascuna 12€ +22% di iva (iva pagata a parte del prezzo indicato), quando il prezzo sul mercato online va dai 6,50-7€ (iva inclusa) per lo stesso prodotto.
Ho comprato anche altro materiale da loro, tutto con prezzi decisamente superiori la media, con iva del 22% in aggiunta al prezzo finale.
Non ci tornerò.
Great place and good assortment but too high prices, and little available salesman.
For example: I bought from them some red schuko sockets bticino series matix 2p 2t, each paid € 12 + 22% VAT (VAT paid apart from the indicated price), when the price on the online market ranges from € 6.50-7. (VAT included) for the same product.
I also bought other material from them, all with prices much higher than the average, with VAT of 22% in addition to the final price.
I will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è abbastanza fornito e avere comunque la possibilità di farsi mandare in poco tempo in sede il materiale mancante è sicuramente un ottimo servizio ma la professionalità degli addetti al banco è alquanto discutibile: poca gentilezza (sembra sempre che disturbi), tempi lunghi e per alcuni addetti, proprio maleducazione (ho sentito improperi pesanti e rumori non proprio consoni provenire dal magazzino mentre ero in attesa). Peccato perché ci sono validi commessi sempre molto gentili ma non bastano per salvare la baracca. L’educazione e la professionalità sono tutto, in zona è pieno di negozi di materiale elettrico dove almeno sono cortesi.
The shop is quite well stocked and in any case having the possibility of having the missing material sent to the office in a short time is certainly an excellent service but the professionalism of the counter staff is somewhat questionable: little kindness (it always seems to disturb), long times and for some employees, just rudeness (I heard heavy insults and inappropriate noises coming from the warehouse while I was waiting). Too bad because there are valid salesmen who are always very kind but they are not enough to save the shack. Education and professionalism are everything, the area is full of electrical shops where at least they are courteous.
