Dopo mesi di attesa per l’ uscita di un tecnico su un impianto da loro installato mi è stato risposto di rivolgermi a qualsiasi altro elettricista.
Se non c’è disponibilità di personale per seguire i privati allora sarebbe gradito fin da subito chiarezza nei confronti di qualsiasi cliente pagante.

After months of waiting for a technician to come out on a system they installed, I was told to contact any other electrician.
If there is no availability of staff to follow private individuals, then clarity with any paying customer would be appreciated immediately.

Scortesi, arroganti e molto poco professionali.
Chiamati per interevento su ns cancello la segretaria ci riferisce che, dopo aver parlato con il titolare, non fanno interventi di riparazione a meno ché siamo disposti ad aspettare 6 mesi (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).
N.B.: la motorizzazione del nostro cancello era stata fatta da loro alcuni anni fa.

Rude, arrogant and very unprofessional.
Called for an event on our gate, the secretary tells us that, after speaking with the owner, they do not make repairs unless we are willing to wait 6 months (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !).
N.B .: the motorization of our gate was done by them a few years ago.
