Ho installato un sistema antifurto da loro progettato e installato nei minimi particolari e facendo fronte anche a necessità specifiche: non esiterei a contattarli nuovamente se dovessi pensare ad una nuova abitazione da "proteggere" da intrusioni indesiderate. Pienamente soddisfatta. Professionalism, competence and seriousness. Excellent alarm system and technicians available for any need. I installed an anti-theft system they designed and installed in the smallest details and also meeting specific needs: I would not hesitate to contact them again if I were to think of a new home to "protect" from unwanted intrusions. Ho chiamato chiedendo di poter gestire il mio impianto antintrusione dall'app del mio smartphone specificando PIU' VOLTE che lo stesso funzionava perfettamente e che la mia unica necessità era appunto quella di poterlo comandare dal cellulare. Mi chiedono le foto della centralina per capire di che modello si tratta e fissano l'appuntamento del tecnico al quale ribadisco nuovamente il motivo della richiesta dell'intervento. Lo stesso constata che la centralina non può essere comandata dall'app se non aggiungendo altri moduli ecc... (cosa questa facilmente verificabile dalle foto) ma in compenso sostituisce la batteria FUNZIONANTE solo perché ha 5 anni... Spesa totale in fattura ca. € 150 per non aver fatto nulla di quanto richiesto. Alle mie rimostranze hanno concesso uno sconto di ca. € 40 ma ancora io non capisco il perché ho dovuto pagare € 106 per niente. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. The same notes that the control unit cannot be controlled by the app except by adding other modules etc ... (which can be easily verified from the photos) but on the other hand it replaces the battery WORKING only because it is 5 years old ... Total expense on the invoice approx. . € 150 for not doing anything of what is requested. To my grievances they granted a discount of approx. € 40 but still I don't understand why I had to pay € 106 for nothing.
