Oltre alle informazioni riguardo il rifiuto mi è stata anche consigliata la loro app, La Differenzia, da scaricare su qualsiasi cellulare che permette di capire dove conferire qualsiasi rifiuto. App sintetica ed intuitiva sulla quale fare anche la prenotazione degli ingombranti tramite rilascio di ticket oltre che consultare il calendario in qualsiasi momento. La Signora Carmen, al telefono, è stata gentilissima, assicurandomi che in giornata sarebbe stato risolto il problema. Detto! Fatto! sono passati ed hanno ritirato il tutto. Mi hanno fornito una data provvisoria per il ritiro e, dopo qualche giorno, mi hanno richiamato per confermare la data. Il servizio è stato effettuato da personale competente e gentile che ha provveduto al carico del materiale che avevo esposto fuori dall’abitazione. Raccolta porta a porta effettuata regolarmente presso la mia abitazione.. ce ne fossero aziende del genere,in calabria! Serietà, precisione e professionalità A+++.
