I piatti proposti nelle degustazioni (mare o terra) sono cucinati e presentati in modo semplicemente sublime. Se siete alla ricerca di sapori mai sentiti prima, di ingredienti originali e di tanta passione dietro a tutto ciò, questo ristorante è il posto giusto. Dining at Locanda Martinelli is a real experience. The dishes proposed in the tastings (sea or land) are cooked and presented in a simply sublime way. If you are looking for flavors never heard before, original ingredients and a lot of passion behind it all, this restaurant is the right place.
E	Enrico Benassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel locale nel borgo di Nibbiaia. La cucina spazia fra selezionati piatti di mare e di terra. Tutti ottimi tranne alcuni.. eccezionali (pluma iberica, foie gras e finto uovo su tutti). La carta dei vini è ben fornita con etichette irrinunciabili e qualche tocco di pura classe, il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente a favore della prima. Il servizio è premuroso e gentile. Menzione speciale per l'aperitivo a base di Elisir Martinelli (non so se il nome sia questo..) un preparato gustoso prodotto dallo chef (mi ha ricordato una bevanda proposta in wine pairing da Bottura, ma a mio modesto avviso l'Elisir Martinelli ha una marcia in piu). Fantastico anche il percorso di piccola pasticceria servito dopo il dessert. Che dire, torneremo sicuramente. Nice place in the village of Nibbiaia. The cuisine ranges from selected sea and land dishes. All excellent except some .. exceptional (Iberian pluma, foie gras and fake egg above all). The wine list is well stocked with essential labels and a few touches of pure class, the value for money is definitely in favor of the former. The service is thoughtful and kind. Special mention for the aperitif based on Elisir Martinelli (I don't know if the name is that ..) a tasty preparation produced by the chef (it reminded me of a drink proposed in wine pairing by Bottura, but in my humble opinion the Elisir Martinelli has an edge). The small patisserie course served after dessert is also fantastic. What can I say, we will definitely be back.

I piatti proposti nelle degustazioni (mare o terra) sono cucinati e presentati in modo semplicemente sublime. Abbinamenti originali che sicuramente richiedono esperienza e passione. Meravigliosa la degustazione di dolcetti offerta dal ristorante a chiusura della cena. Un posto da consigliare e in cui torneremo sicuramente. We had dinner last night at Locanda Martinelli. The place is very welcoming and unpretentious as an inn should be. The dishes proposed in the tastings (sea or land) are cooked and presented in a simply sublime way. Original combinations that certainly require experience and passion. The dessert tasting offered by the restaurant at the end of the dinner is wonderful. A place to recommend and to which we will definitely return.

Tutto di qualità... dalle pietanze ricercate, vini biologici, ma il top sono i dolci. Il percorso della piccola pasticceria, sublime. Tra avere menu ala carta servito male e menù fisso come questo, preferisco il secondo. Grazie della splendida serata, ritorneremo presto Unique experience. The cuisine of this inn is a culinary art to be savored with all the senses. The family that runs it is very kind and discreet. All of quality ... from refined dishes, organic wines, but the top is the desserts. The path of the small pastry, sublime. Between having a poorly served ala carte menu and a set menu like this one, I prefer the latter. Thanks for the wonderful evening, we will be back soon
P	Pancia piatta Sani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locanda molto curata nei dettagli, i padroni di casa attenti ad ogni necessità e gentilissimi. Atmosfera intima, adeguata ad una locanda. Tripudio di sapori sia nella versione di terra che in quella di mare. Piatti originali, sostenuti da ingredienti eccellenti e da alta cucina. La signora Evelyn ci ha consigliato il vino anche se la carta e‘ ben fornita. Esperienza sensoriale da provare perché‘ non r‘ facile trovale tanti aspetti riuniti in un solo ristorante. Il prezzo pagato li vale tutti. Complimenti Signori Martinelli! Inn with great attention to detail, the hosts attentive to every need and very kind. Intimate atmosphere, appropriate for an inn. A riot of flavors in both the land and sea versions. Original dishes, supported by excellent ingredients and haute cuisine. Mrs Evelyn recommended the wine even though the menu is well stocked. Sensory experience to try because it is not easy to find so many aspects combined in a single restaurant. The price paid is worth them all. Congratulations Sirs Martinelli!
