★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bellissimo posto e abbiamo mangiato bene. La cucina unisce il gusto di quella contadina associata ad un tocco d'innovazione. Leggendo il menu' già ti viene l'acquolina in bocca. Ottimo i broccoli con il pane fritto e lardo e il carciofo con la burrata. Il capocollo e il brasato si sciolgono in bocca. Ma il top è lo spaghetto alla messicana con fonduta di pecorino. Una vera delizia. Tutto associato alla gentilezza e cortesia del cameriere.
A beautiful place and we ate well. The cuisine combines the peasant taste associated with a touch of innovation. Your mouth is watering by reading the menu. Excellent broccoli with fried bread and lard and artichoke with burrata. The capocollo and the braised meat melt in the mouth. But the top is Mexican-style spaghetti with pecorino cheese fondue. A real treat. All associated with the kindness and courtesy of the waiter.
