F	Francesco antonio Erra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meno di una settimana fa sono venuto al negozio di animali e ho acquistato 86 euro tra acquario, filtro, riscaldatore e lampadina uvb. Quest'ultima pagata 19 euro, purtroppo non chiesi di provarla in negozio e a casa la lampada si è rivelata difettosa, si è spenta dopo un secondo emanando puzza di bruciato. Al mio ritorno al negozio sono stato liquidato con la scusa falsa secondo la quale la lampadina è un articolo non rimborsabile, e che prima della vendita ogni lampadina viene testata in negozio (cosa che non è stata fatta davanti ai miei occhi ), e che, date le circostanze credo sia falsa. La signora inoltre non ha voluto ne sentire ragioni ( parlando da sopra) ne visionare lo scontrino che continuavo a mostrare , sarebbe stato carino se la signora avesse invece almeno provato ad ascoltare o venirci incontro invece di trattare la cosa come se io fossi bugiardo e nel torto. Ero da anni cliente, e solo negli ultimi mesi avrò speso centinaia di euro in prodotti per poi essere liquidato per 19 euro. The latter paid 19 euros, unfortunately I did not ask to try it in the shop and at home the lamp turned out to be defective, it went out after a second, giving off the smell of burning. Upon my return to the shop I was liquidated with the false excuse that the bulb is a non-refundable item, and that before sale each bulb is tested in the shop (which was not done in front of my eyes), and that, under the circumstances I think it is false. The lady also did not want to hear reasons (speaking from above) nor to view the receipt that I kept showing, it would have been nice if the lady had instead at least tried to listen or come to meet us instead of treating it as if I were a liar and in the injustice. I had been a customer for years, and in the last few months alone I will have spent hundreds of euros on products only to be paid for 19 euros.

D	Daniela Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente, mi sono recata da loro per analizzare l'acqua del mio acquario avviato da poco, un controllo di routine(i pesci stavano tutti bene), mi dicono che ho 1 valore dell'acqua alto, mi vendono 50 euro tra prodotti e attrezzatura,la sera seguo le loro indicazioni e la mattina seguente trovo tutti i pesci morti, li chiamo e se ne lavano le mani. Più di una persona mi aveva detto di evitate il negozio perché vendono animali deboli e moribondi, ora aggiungo che se anche hai animali sani a Casa te li ammazzano.
