N	Nadia Cortés on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to wait good 40 minutes for the food, even though they had barely 3 tables occupied; nobody even realized the order was taking long, no apologies, call bell didn’t work, waitress was not attentive, we had to walk to the bar for a second round of drinks. Beers were warm. My order was all wrong. They don’t know how to differentiate from “medium rare” to “well done”; from “raw onion” to “caramelized onions”. Instead of an iPad they should just use a piece of paper and a pen and focus on what the person in front of you wants; seems like if is not written as it is in the menu, is not possible to offer. This typically happens when businesses put technology over customer experience.

Even though some waitresses couldn’t speak English, an English speaking waitress named Mathilde translated everything and gave us outstanding recommendations and service. That has to be emphasized!! Will definitely come back if I’m around
K	Kat Beatriz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. The jacket potatoes, pulled pork and ribs were the best. Sampler plate was 25€, jacket potatoes ranged between 6-10€ depending on the added ingredients. Bacon and Philadelphia cheese was excellent! Will come back again.

The backbone of the restaurant is their steaks. We have ordered one their good steak and it was served on a hot stone to keep it warm. Unfortunately the steak was hard to chew. Everything else was good.
