★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of restaurants in Napoli are catered for tourists and the quality is not there! This restaurant we ate in for most of our 10 day trip.
The food is fresh and traditional recipes. The price is affordable also! The staff are friendly and mostly local Neapolitan people frequent, that's how good the food is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! Dissapointing
refering to the owner's answer:
Secondi came 30 min before Primi, the ordered Antipasto was missing, but charged on bill, wrong wine left unopened on table...no apologee or compensation at all by the service staff - very inconvenient situation!
Yes, I am sorry - it was Your Restaurant as shown in Google Maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We discovered this amazing restaurant by luck! If you want to eat the real Napolitain food, not the ones aimed for tourists, then this is the right place. I recommend the "Carne Genovese" and the "Risotto Pescatora". The staff were also incredible, and this restaurant is definitely on my list when I go to visit Napoli again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing experience. We were lucky enough to be here during easter and they were serving a set course menu of a traditional Naples easter meal. The manager (stephano) who spoke English walked us through each course. An absolutely great experience. Stephano gave us an excellent history lesson of the location. I had a great time and would highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went here for dinner without a reservation, arriving right as they opened and we happened to go on a holiday (Easter Monday).
The owner, Stefano, let us know that the evening menu would be a fixed price (which is uncommon for them) with several traditional Napoli Italian Easter dishes including: a charcuterie plate, fava beans, a spinach broth soup, a traditional bread with meat and eggs baked into it, lamb (grilled, baked in the oven, and also a pasta made with a lamb broth), a meat ragu, and a lasagna. There were also several options for dessert, we had a lemon cake, and a strawberry shortcake.
The fixed price was 45 euro per person, and then we paid 16 euro for a bottle of wine. It was SO MUCH FOOD and we left feeling so happy and full.
We had a great experience with the staff and appreciated the conversation. The owner also gave us a little bit of the history of the building, which is the oldest standing tavern in Naples and has some of the original features of the building like a fountain in the basement room.
Both of the wait staff were helpful and friendly, as was the chef when he popped out of the kitchen. There is a beautiful lighted bar when you enter the building, and they have an assortment of the various local liquors, including meloncello which tastes exactly like a cantaloupe and is super delicious.
I can't recommend this restaurant enough if you're looking for an intimate setting and an authentic Italian meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked down a little back alley, this restaurant is, quite simply put, the authentic taste of real Neapolitan cuisine. These guys know exactly what they're doing.
Forget the old town - it's for tourists. THIS, however, is what you're missing out on, all for a very reasonable, yet reassuring, price. And the house wine is what you would expect of a proper Italian restaurant.
The staff are warm, fun and welcoming and offer full advice on the menu. The atmosphere is bustling and yet calm at the same time.
And it's easy to make a reservation via their website.
A must in your time in Naples.
