Lo chef Barrale non delude mai.
La sala molto attenta e bello il pairing con i vini , anche se mi sarei aspettato qualcosina in più (da assaggiare non relativo alla qualità)
Il menù degustazione interessante e divertente , in giro per il mondo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando vai in uno stellato è sempre tutto diverso, tutto unico. E anche questa volta la conferma c'è. Un susseguirsi di piatti emozionanti, nulla escluso, con un servizio attento, efficiente, premuroso, mai invadente. Talmente buono che delle 5 portate non saprei scegliere la migliore, dal baccalà, ai 2 primo, al ragù, ai dolci, senza dimenticare l'aperitivo iniziale e la piccola pasticceria conclusiva. Unica nota negativa, non si può avere una carta dei vini senza una bollicina italiana. E poi non si possono chiedere 65 euro per un menu bimbi per un piatto di pasta al pomodoro ed un trancetto di pesce senza alcuna preparazione. Ma va bene così.
When you go to a starry, everything is always different, completely unique. And also this time the confirmation is there. A succession of exciting dishes, nothing excluded, with an attentive, efficient, thoughtful, never intrusive service. So good that of the 5 courses I would not be able to choose the best one, from cod, to 2 first courses, to meat sauce, to desserts, without forgetting the initial aperitif and the final small pastry. The only negative note, you cannot have a wine list without an Italian sparkling wine. And then you can't ask for 65 euros for a children's menu for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce and a slice of fish without any preparation. But that's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the dishes were beautiful, original and very tasteful. The start was phenomenal; six small and very tasty amuses - which was repeated in the end with a post-dessert; six small friandises. The five courses in between were very good, except for the second antipasti dish; quite the uninspired risotto which looked it had just been dropped on the plate. Otherwise, great service, friendly staff and good wines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely amazing experience, we liked the seven course menu so much we went back for lunch the next day to try the five course.
Both were completely different experiences, both incredible in their own way. Thanks to the team who were as competent as they were friendly.
Watch out for that second Michelin star, it's definitely on its way!
