Titolare o chi risponde al telefono ! scortese e maleducato pronto alle minacce solo per non avere più accettato la prenotazione .. Purtroppo ognuno si adatta ad un lavoro che non conosce .. L'albergatore ... che offre educazione e cortesia ... mi dispiace ma impara a lavorare e rispettare una categoria che non ti appartiene se vuoi gestire un semplice B&B I do not recommend as a Google reviewer to go to sleep and stay in this place .. Owner or whoever answers the phone! rude and rude ready for threats only for not having accepted the booking anymore .. Unfortunately everyone adapts to a job they do not know .. The hotelier ... who offers education and courtesy ... I'm sorry but learn to work and respect a category that does not belong to you if you want to manage a simple B&B
E	Emma Tenarello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto sporco, asciugamani usate e ripiegate, lenzuoli stropicciati...mi sa che prima di me ci avesse dormito qualcuno... bagno con peli sparsi, canali tv solo 4....wi-fi lentissimo,niente colazione...insomma 15 € andavano più che bene...40€ a notte non li meritano Everything dirty, used towels and folded, wrinkled sheets ... I know that before I had slept there anybody ... bathroom with scattered hairs, only 4 tv channels .... very slow wi-fi, no breakfast ... well € 15 went just fine ... € 40 a night do not deserve them
D	Daniele Albano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al nastro arrivo "una signora" ci ha accolto senza mascherina...alla registrazione dei documenti hanno confuso il nostro nominativo con quello di altri già in stanza ..non abbiamo potuto pagare con il Pos,la ricevuta non volevano farcela perché abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente e ce ne hanno data una già compilata modificando i dati. Entrando in camera abbiamo notato sotto il cuscino pochi peli ma per non creare discussioni abbiamo evitato di riferirlo. Premessa: siamo stati tutto il giorno e anche la sera fuori per visitare la città e stanchi al rientro siamo andati a dormire. La mattina seguente abbiamo continuato con il nostro tour fino alla sera che volevamo rilassarci in camera e guardare un po di TV. Non trovando il telecomando abbiamo scritto al proprietario (abbiamo i messaggi) e non ci ha nemmeno degnati di una risposta . Il giorno seguente cioè quello della fine della permanenza abbiamo lasciato la stanza e dopo un po siamo stati contattati telefonicamente dalla "signora " accusandoci di aver rubato il telecomando. Chiusaci la chiamata in faccia "dalla signora" e non rispondendo più alla nostra,abbiamo chiamato il proprietario, il quale non ha risposto ne alla chiamata ne ai messaggi seguenti...ah il letto è anche scomodo visto che in un letto matrimoniale hanno messo 2 materassi singoli.. Abstract: we were all day and into the evening off to visit the city and to return tired we went to bed. The following morning we continued with our tour until the evening we wanted to relax in our room and watch some TV. Not finding the remote control we wrote to the owner (we have the messages) and he didn't even deign to answer us. The following day, that is the day of the end of the stay, we left the room and after a while we were contacted by telephone by the "lady" accusing us of stealing the remote control. Close the call to "from the lady" and no longer responding to ours, we called the owner, who did not answer the call or the following messages ... ah the bed is also uncomfortable since in a double bed they put 2 single mattresses ..
S	SDX creation Kira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon b&b vicino al centro di Catania ,buona posizione ,stanza grande con ampio soffitto comoda e con parcheggio in strada nelle vicinanze gratuito . Pecca un po' per la pulizia e cura ,doccia da cambiare. Nel complesso cmq buona recensione per il prezzo speso . Consiglio ! Good b & b near the center of Catania, good location, large room with large comfortable ceiling and free street parking nearby. Sin a little for cleaning and care, shower to change. Overall cmq good review for the price spent. Advise !

M	Martin Devillers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest owner, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. - We booked the entire apartment but wouldn't give us the keys to all the rooms. - Told us that for some obscure reason we weren't allowed to use the kitchen. - Would only accept cash payment, very shady. - Gave us an intimidating speech about how she knew the entire neighborhood so we better not make any noise. - Showed up impromptu inside the apartment, using a copy of the keys to let herself in. Honestly it got to a point where we didn't feel safe leaving our stuff in the apartment while we went into town.

We paid for 5 rooms but the owner only gave us access to 2 rooms and we had to insist to get a 3rd one. The owner came back to the apartment without advising us, which we really didn’t feel safe about. And it was incredibly dirty, we didn’t even use the shower because it obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Last but not least, one of the rooms had a huge smell of cigarette. One of the worst places to stay in Catania.
