Puntualizzo che la mia lamentela é perché sono una cittadina onesta e VOGLIO pagare le mie multe! Per via dei miei orari lavorativi, avere questi servizi ben funzionanti mi avrebbe aiutato a ottemperare ai miei doveri di pagamenti nei tempi leciti senza pagare sovrattasse. - 1) È pressoché impossibile avere delle informazioni al telefono: se siete sottodimensionati e non riuscite a rispondere, piuttosto NON INDICATE il servizio di informazione telefonica così si vede di organizzarsi in altro modo. 2) Se fornite il servizio di pagamento online delle multe, IL SISTEMA DEVE FUNZIONARE!! Ho cercato di pagare una multa online per ben 4 volte, il sistema non ti dice se la transazione é effettuata o no ma devi aspettare e provare a ricontrollare online dopo qualche giorno... E poi si finisce per dimenticarsi e voi ci guadagnate aggiungendo nuove spese di notifica. È un sistema scorretto! Piuttosto non fornitelo! Ah e oltretutto ho fatto la segnalazione per reclamo e mi hanno risposto via lettera dicendomi che avevo scritto male il cognome!! Però ieri e l'altro ieri ancora, abito in corso matteotti e la sera dato che non si trova posto nelle zone del centro, io come altri residenti in corso parcheggiamo la macchina in Via albuzzi (la sera). Dato le brutte esperienze di multe date per simpatia o antipatia, ho deciso di controllare chi c'è parcheggiato la sera avanti e dietro la mia macchina, per due giorni di fila mi è stata messa la multa solo a me nonostante le macchine siano parcheggiate dalla stessa ora di pomeriggio e la mattina quando esco di casa sono ancora li, ma loro la multa naturalmente a chi la danno? le altre macchine mai multe invece, chissà come mai, bravi gli accertatori 615 e 616 (di poca competenza, io finisco di lavorare alle 17, e sulla multa viene scritto che accertano le mie soste alle 15 o alle 14, naturalmente a casaccio)! Anche se questa cosa del dare le multe a chi vogliono loro è saputa, a me fa tanto pensare e dubitare su chi ci dovrebbe tutelare!!!!! In un periodo cosi c'è ancora questo modo di lavorare... la gente è disperata e voi invece fate queste figure. Bad experiences happen many times, but always kept silent. Infatti multe prese a Milano , Como e Torino sono state cancellate . Non scrivo altro perchè sono tutori della ( loro ) legge . Tra l'altro il fermo amministrativo l'hanno tolto ,con comodo, dopo 10 giorni dal pagamento, tanto è il contribuente a tenere il veicolo fermo e non potere circolare. Si vede hanno già fatto abbastanza soldi e hanno prolungato le ferie. Tipo dovevo consegnare i dati per togliermi i punti sulla patente con quel FURTO di "superando la linea di arresto senza oltrepassare l'incrocio". "Passato col ROSSO SENZA ATTRAVERSARE l'INCROCIO".
