★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loacker make so many great products when it comes to chocolate & wafer, and i was hoping to try out some freshly baked items using the same chocolate & standards used in the loaker products, but unfortunately it was not like that. We did enjoy the loaker products sold there as well as the unique gift items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if u grew up with Loacker wafers.. this is a must. the do have a shop with a few packages on offer. but the coffee and the hot chocolate they offer are excellent and the seating outside awsome. its a must do if ur in bolzano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a huge fan of the brand, luckily we can buy in the USA. I was surprised they ha their own Cafè and a store with souvenirs, and many different flavors, like the cheese one. I had to get the cute red pen as a souvenir.

The coffee was really good and they also have a small store to buy the famous Loacker confectionery stuff which are not very expensive too. The staff was extremely busy and I think they definitely need some more people to attend to the guests!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very disappointing that the crew doesn't speak English. Only one waitress spoke English... In such touristic place all the information boards are written in German and Italian only. The only way to understand was Google Translate app. We arrived to the place at 18:30, the place is open till 19:30, but at 18:45 we were told that we have only two minutes to make an order because the place is closing. It is just good cafe with very tasty food and coffee, but the souvenir shop is no more but nice looking souvenir shop...
