Quando ho avuto bisogno e mi sono preso il tempo per andare all’assistenza ho sempre risolto i problemi (ma questo è imposto da Apple). Dal vivo sono stati anche gentili ma possono anche cancellare il numero di telefono dal sito tanto non rispondono mai. Sono cinque giorni che provo a contattarli per una questione legata alla mia apple care ma non rispondono mai. Dovrò prendermi due ore di ferie per farmi solo confermare una cosa.
When I needed and I took the time to go to the assistance I always solved the problems (but this is imposed by Apple). Live they were also kind but they can also cancel the phone number from the site so they never answer. I have been trying to contact them for a matter related to my apple care for five days but they never answer. I'll have to take two hours of vacation to make me just confirm something.

Einmal und NIE WIEDER! Habe mein MacBook zum Reparieren hingebracht und erst nach 3 Wochen wieder bekommen und das Problem wurde nicht gelöst. Ich habe mit dem Verkäufer ausgemacht, dass sie mein MacBook direkt zu Apple schicken, was sie aber nie gemacht haben, sondern selber versucht haben zu reparieren. UNFREUNDLICHES und Inkompetentes personal. Kann nicht nachvollziehen wo das ein "Premium" Geschäft ist. Haben den Apple Premium Badge nicht verdient!
Once and never again! I brought my MacBook over for repair and only got it back after 3 weeks and the problem was not solved. I agreed with the seller that they would send my MacBook directly to Apple, which they never did and tried to repair themselves. UNFRIENDLY and incompetent staff. Can't understand where this is a "premium" business. Didn't deserve the Apple Premium Badge!

Ho speso 924€ per un nuovo Iphone. Purtroppo gia rotto all acquisto. Siccome mi serve un telefono per questioni lavorative mi sono recato in negozio per chiedere la sostituzione del dispositivo. Risposta data a me, purtroppo lo dobbiamo mandare in assistenza e deve aspettare 7 giorni. Ma io dico è possibile spendere una marea di soldi e non potersi aspettare un servizio clienti migliore. La fine della storia: Dopo multipli acquisti di dispositivi che si sommano a piú migliaia di Euro questo è stato l’ ultimo. Hanno perso un cliente fisso con la loro gestione interna dei Servizi di riparazione.
I spent € 924 for a new Iphone. Unfortunately already broken upon purchase. Since I need a phone for business reasons, I went to the store to ask for the device to be replaced. Answer given to me, unfortunately we have to send him for assistance and he has to wait 7 days. But I say it's possible to spend a ton of money and not expect better customer service. The end of the story: After multiple purchases of devices that add up to more thousands of Euros, this was the last. They lost a regular customer with their in-house Repair Services management.

War zwei mal dort, wollte das neue iPhone Model kaufen, welches man bei einem "Apple-Fachhändler" auch bekommen sollte... Es war aber nicht nur das von mir gewünschte Model nicht verfügbar, sondern gar keines aus der neuen Modelreihe (was aufgrund der verschiedenen Größen, Speicherkapazitäten und Farben ziemlich viele sind). Über ein Monat Wartezeit! Nachdem ich mir das Handy innerhalb von ein paar Tagen in einem Applestore ohne Wartezeit gekauft habe, wollte ich wenigstens das Zubehör (Cover, Schutzglas, Ladeadapter) lokal kaufen, aber auch diesmal wurde ich enttäuscht... wenig bis gar keine Auswahl und nur schreckliche Farben der Cover... Ich werde nicht mehr hin gehen... Dem ziemlich freundlichen Personal ist es zu verdanken, dass es nicht nur 1 Stern geworden ist.
Was there twice, wanted to buy the new iPhone model, which you should also be able to get from an "Apple specialist dealer"... But not only was the model I wanted not available, but none of the new model series at all (which due to of different sizes, storage capacities and colors are quite numerous). Over a month wait! After buying the phone within a few days in an Apple store without waiting, I wanted to at least buy the accessories (cover, protective glass, charging adapter) locally, but this time I was disappointed again... little to no choice and only terrible ones Colors of the covers... I won't go there anymore... Thanks to the rather friendly staff it didn't just get 1 star.

Ho portato in assistenza le mie Airpods, e non solo hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna, ma li hanno anticipati! Molto soddisfatto del servizio offerto.

Pessima esperienza, entro col negozio vuoto, ci sono tre commessi che chiaccherano tra loro, non mi salutano neanche, li interrompo e chiedo una cover per iphone 13 alla ragazza in quanto l’unica dietro il bancone, mi dice che per le cover devo scendere giù, chiedo allora dove devo andare, scusate se non conosco il negozio, mi dice di andare in fondo e scendere le scale. Accompagnarmi e farmi vedere le cover sarebbe stato troppo sbatti, ma va bene così. Scendo e trovo il ragazzo dell’assistenza impegnato con una cliente, c’era poi un altro commesso seduto col macbook, mi guarda senza dirmi niente, lo fisso e dopo 5 minuti esco nell’indifferenza di tutti e 5 i commessi e compro la cover sul sito Apple, non entrerò mai più lì dentro e soprattutto non comprerò mai nulla lì.

I go down and find the assistance guy busy with a customer, then there was another salesman sitting with the macbook, he looks at me without saying anything, I stare at him and after 5 minutes I go out in the indifference of all 5 shop assistants and I buy the cover on the Apple site, I will never go in there again and above all I will never buy anything there.

Quite horrible customer service by C&C, pretty much the opposite of what Apple stands for. To change the battery they need to keep your laptop 10 days cause they would only order the replacement battery once you leave the laptop with them. Paying in advance and bringing the laptop only once the new battery arrives seemed like mission impossible to them. Back to stone age. Here a suggestion: Instead of referring to Apple (or rather C&C) guidelines, allow customers to put a deposit on their debit/credit card for whatever amount C&C thinks does not create any risk to them, so you provide a better service to customers and also generate more income for your store. Win-win and not too complicated.
