This was the best dining experience I had while in Italy for a month. Absolutely perfect

Went there at the busiest time of the year, didn't have a table booked and luckily got a table for two. Superb experience, it's really a restaurant service as it should be - and really without breaking the bank - we paid 60€ for 3 courses and wine (shared appetizers and desert) - and really ate well. Food was tasty and visually appealing, everybody was kind and spoke good english. And the lemon cheese cake - best we've ever had. One of the best restaurant experiences ever! Please book a table unlike we did. ?

This place is brilliant. The food is consistently high quality, the service is brisk; you can see all the staff want to make your experience pleasurable. The first time we went we weren't sure there was enough room, but they found some. There was a singer/guitarist who was amazing, he got everyone singing and occasionally dancing... What a fantastic night. The second time there was no music, but the food was excellent.

The atmosphere was lovely. Feels just like a busy local restaurant. Far less touristy than most others in the area. The food was good but could have been even better given the credits it got from various guides.

We were staying in the area and someone recommended this restaurant- we were so pleasantly surprised! The Chef served us himself and he was awesome! His smile was infectious and he made the experience so special. He assessed our kids and made recommendations for their ages and also considered food allergies. He recommended the bruschetta, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and melon to start - all delicious. The vegetable soup and tomato soups were filling. The kids all liked their pasta. The service was excellent and we would come back to this restaurant again if we ever return to the area.

We stopped by for a low key lunch and shared a selection of starters, including a caprese salad, stuffed peppers, fried anchovies and aubergine parmigiana. The peppers and aubergine were both very hearty and perfectly seasoned. The anchovies were fresh, crisp and juicy. All reasonably priced and the service was well paced and the atmosphere relaxing. The bread was also some of my favourite - crisp and chewy rather than foamy.

Absolutely unreal. Best seas bass we’ve ever had. The ravioli con vongole may have ruined all other pasta for me forever because it was so good. The ricotta and pear crostata was light and made the perfect end to the meal. Interesting wine list and great recommendations. Staff were knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and attentive. Would say without hesitation that this place is a must-visit - even if you aren’t staying in the area.
