Pizza eccezzionale, birre artigianali buonissime. Mentre aspetto la pizza sbircio fra i prodotti artigianali come: pasta, risotti, pane... Sono veramente buoni!!! Un po' cari neh... Ma buonissimi!!/
Exceptional pizza, very good craft beers. While I'm waiting for the pizza, I peek among the artisanal products such as: pasta, risotto, bread ... They are really good !!! A little expensive eh ... But very good !! /

Ci siamo finalmente decisi ad andare a Lo Spizzicotto a mangiare la pizza ed Γ¨ stata davvero una bellissima scoperta! Piccolo locale principalmente d'asporto, ha anche dei tavolini per poter gustare la pizza direttamente sul posto. La pizza Γ¨ buonissima e super leggera con ingredienti di ottima qualitΓ  e si sentiva ad ogni morso. Abbiamo preso una biclor (base Margherita con pomodorini rossi e gialli e basilico) e un'Emiliana (base margherita, crudo, burrata e scaglie di grana). Il proprietario, nonchΓ© pizzaiolo, ci ha parlato con passione del suo impasto, quasi fosse suo figlio: farina di tipo 1 germogliata biologica e macinata a pietra con 25% lievito madre di farro naturale. We finally decided to go to Lo Spizzicotto to eat pizza and it was truly a wonderful discovery! Small place mainly take-away, it also has tables to enjoy pizza directly on the spot. The pizza is yummy and super light with top quality ingredients and felt with every bite. We took a biclor (Margherita base with red and yellow tomatoes and basil) and an Emiliana (margherita base, raw ham, burrata and parmesan flakes). The owner, as well as pizza chef, talked to us with passion about his dough, almost as if he were his son: organic sprouted type 1 flour and stone ground with 25% natural spelled mother yeast. What an amazing pizza!!! I’ve had hundreds of pizzas in my life and I can say that this was hands down the best! Best toppings and best crust made with organic flours! AMAZING!!!! 5 stars!!!
