★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è mia abitudine fare recensioni negative, perché cerco sempre di mettermi nei panni delle altre persone, soprattutto quando stanno lavorando, mi trovo però costretta in questo caso visto che allo sportello della filiale di Erba trovo sempre lo stesso signore, che posso solo definire senza empatia, maleducato, scostante e mai disposto ad aiutare il cliente.
 It is not my habit to make negative reviews, because I always try to put myself in other people's shoes, especially when they are working, but I find myself forced in this case since at the counter of the Erba branch I always find the same gentleman, whom I can only define without empathy, rude, unhelpful and never willing to help the customer.
