Un buon antipasto ma il secondo di carne non era eccezionale, c'erano anche arrosticini fatti forse alla griglia e per noi abruzzesi in quel modo immangiabili. Il prezzo è sicuramente buono. Ha un bel parcheggio avanti per autovetture, moto o furgoni. Io preferirei pagare un po di più ma avere maggiore quantità e professionalità. Small place, to be taken care of a little better. Pietanze semplici e fresche, che spaziano dal mare alla terra, porzioni abbondanti e prezzi modici. Nei pressi dell'uscita di Caianello e vicino a bei borghi locali. Se passate da queste parti, ve lo consiglio.

Si trova subito all'uscita di caianello sulla A1 e vicino (annesso?) c'è un piccolo negozio di alimentari/caseificio. Noi avevamo acquistato ottimi latticini e pasta tipica un paio di anni fa. Quest'anno passavamo dalla zona il primo gennaio e il negozio era chiuso, ma la trattoria era aperta. Clima molto familiare, abbiamo preso un antipasto misto di salumi del luogo, discreto, e due primi: genovese di maiale (penne in sugo di cipolla stufata con carni di maiale) e tagliatelle fatte in casa con ragù napoletano. Sono arrivati piatti superabbondanti che presentavano, oltre alla pasta, dei grandi pezzi di carne, cosicché i piatti erano in realtà piatti unici. Quello del ragù aveva addirittura 3 tipi di carne di manzo e maiale. Sapori discreti e cotture tradizionali. Prezzi popolari. Small restaurant with an extensive menu of typical Campania dishes. This year we were passing by the area on January 1st and the shop was closed, but the restaurant was open. Very familiar atmosphere, we took a mixed appetizer of local cold cuts, discreet, and two first courses: pork genovese (penne in onion sauce stewed with pork) and homemade tagliatelle with Neapolitan ragù. Super abundant dishes arrived that featured, in addition to pasta, large pieces of meat, so that the dishes were actually unique dishes. The meat sauce even had 3 types of beef and pork.
