★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware: this region has buffalo mozzarella like nowhere else, and eating it from here will likely forever ruin your future mozzarellas from elsewhere. It is the real thing. This place isn't the only place where they have it, but they produce it right behind the counter and it's conveniently just off the motorway. Do yourself a favor and do not put it in the fridge or it will be ruined: much better to keep it outside in a cool place or, even better, eat it all while it's fresh
