Locale veramente bello, accogliente e curato al dettaglio, sembra proprio di stare in uno chalet! Staff molto gentile e professionale, abbiamo preso come antipasto dei fritti tra cui dei supplì molto buoni e poi le pinse e devo dire che sono tra le più buone mai mangiate. Amando il piccant ho preso la Diavola o 'Nduja e devo dire che è stata pazzesca! Fragrante, succosa e piccante al punto, in poche parole perfetta! Per concludere abbiamo preso la sbriciolata con la crema chantilly fatta da loro ed era buonissima! Alla fine abbiamo conosciuto i titolari che oltre ad averci offerto caffè e amari, hanno scambiato quattro chiacchiere con noi, raccontandoci di loro e del loro progetto. Serata piacevole e bellissima, torneremo sicuramente Chalet! Discovered by chance through social media, my company and I immediately went to try this new opening. Very kind and professional staff, we took as an appetizer some fried foods including very good supplì and then the pinse and I must say that they are among the best ever eaten. Loving the spicy I took the Diavola or 'Nduja and I must say it was crazy! Fragrant, juicy and spicy to the point, in a nutshell perfect! Finally we took the crumbled with the Chantilly cream made by them and it was very good! In the end we met the owners who, in addition to offering us coffee and bitters, chatted with us, telling us about them and their project. La pinsa è davvero buona, leggerissima e ben condita. Insomma da provare sicuramente per voi, io ci ritorno di certo! Il pasto è stato rapido e di qualità eccellente. Consiglio vivamente il posto a chiunque ami la vera pinza romana. The welcome was fantastic, polite and prepared staff. The place is small but very nice, clean and well kept. The meal was quick and of excellent quality. I highly recommend the place to anyone who loves the real Roman pinza.

Supplì da applausi in diversi gusti, la pinsa è favolosa, abbiamo mangiato molto ma l'impasto leggero e ben fatto non ci ha creato problemi. Birre alla spina ottime e conto giusto. Che dire, non vedo l'ora di tornarci perché merita veramente. Very nice place, very kind staff.
