Ci tengo a precisare che il mio voto è per il servizio non per la pinsa che come già detto è ottima. Con mio sommo piacere devo rettificare il mio precedente post in quanto ero io che chiamavo in orario di chiusura. Comunque la pinsa è buonissima. Pinsa is always excellent if you can order it and then eat it as well. They tell you to call but punctually or don't answer or talk to the operator. I want to clarify that my vote is for the service not for the pinsa which, as already said, is excellent. To my great pleasure I have to rectify my previous post as it was me who was calling during closing time. However the pinsa is very good.

Senza dubbio la Pinsa è deliziosa, l'insieme delle farine e la qualità delle materie prime rendono ogni fetta un'esperienza culinaria unica. Oltre ad essere buonissima è anche molto leggera e digeribile. Ottima ❣ As a Neapolitan I have never liked the thin and dry pizza that is usually made in Rome but the Pinsa has conquered me. Without a doubt the Pinsa is delicious, the mix of flours and the quality of the raw materials make each slice a unique culinary experience. In addition to being very good, it is also very light and digestible. Excellent ❣

Consigliatissima, io vado a prenderci la pinsa quasi tutti i sabato e piace a tutta la famiglia. Excellent pinsa in Montagnola. Well leavened and very digestible dough, excellent quality ingredients. Average prices and takeaway only. Highly recommended, I go to get the pinsa almost every Saturday and the whole family likes it.

V	Valentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi aumentati e non di poco, ritardo di mezz'ora su tutti gli asporti, palesemente disorganizzati nel personale e strutturalmente, pala mezza cruda con impasto gommoso, tutt'altro che leggera e digeribile, supplì a dir poco ridicoli... praticamente di Mastro c'è rimasto solo il nome, preferibile, a parità di costo, stare seduti in un qualunque ristorante pizzeria con bevande incluse piuttosto che mezz'ora sul marciapiede ad aspettare un prodotto al limite della decenza. Prices increased and not a little, delay of half an hour on all removals, clearly disorganized in the staff and structurally, half raw shovel with gummy dough, anything but light and digestible, made up for nothing short of ridiculous ... practically of Mastro there is only the name left, preferable, for the same cost, to sit in any pizza restaurant with drinks included rather than half an hour on the sidewalk waiting for a product on the verge of decency.

Per anni ho sempre presa la pala bigusto pagando, per ciascuna metà, quanto previsto dal tariffario esposto. Un paio di volte mi è capitato di pagare un sovrapprezzo....e passi. Stasera mi hanno fatto pagare tutta la pala per la tariffa del gusto più costoso. Quindi, se prendi una pala metà rossa (costo pala 9 €) e metà porcini e speck (costo pala 16 €), la paghi tutta per porcini e speck, cioè 16 €! Un'assurdità, che peraltro non è pubblicizzata da nessuna parte. The pinsa is not bad but they are not very transparent with the prices. For years I have always taken the two-taste shovel paying, for each half, what is foreseen by the displayed rates. A couple of times I happened to pay a premium .... and pass. Tonight they charged me all the shovel for the most expensive taste fare. So, if you take a half red shovel (cost € 9 shovel) and half porcini and speck (cost 16 € shovel), you pay it all for porcini and speck, that is 16 €! An absurdity, which is not advertised anywhere.

Fanno anche le pinse non per celiaci, ma sembrano molto soffici e appetitose. Assolutamente consigliato! Outstanding gluten free pizza! The fresh flavors of the toppings make the pizza even tastier. They also make pinse not for celiacs, but they look very fluffy and appetizing. Absolutely recommended!
