Sono dovuto tornare tre volte per un farmaco che non avevano (o meglio tutte le confezioni che avevano erano sospese); la seconda volta che sono andato era arrivato errato e la terza volta, quando finalmente era corretto, la ricetta del medico era scaduta e quindi o dovevo tornare dal medico, farmi rifare la ricetta e poi tornare da loro per il farmaco oppure dovevo pagarlo come se non avessi la ricetta. Alla fine ho optato per questa soluzione perché non ne potevo più di fare ogni volta venti minuti di coda, ma non capisco perché alla fine devo pagare io per un loro errore (le prime due volte la ricetta era ancora valida). Per il resto la farmacia è ben fornita e il personale gentile, ma andrebbe gestita meglio Pharmacy always with too much tail. Quando è toccato a me, dopo quasi mezz ora di attesa con due persone davanti ed una marea di gente dietro, si è persino persa a chiaccherare con un collega appena arrivato. Il mio ritardo di un minuto probabilmente non è giustificabile ma allo stesso modo non è tollerabile che una dottoressa al servizio della salute dei cittadini non abbia comprensione per un lieve ritardo che di fatto non avrebbe affatto influito sulla durata della sua prestazione lavorativa ma che viceversa avrebbe potuto incidere notevolmente sulla salute del cittadino. Nonostante mi abbia ravanato nel naso per un po’, non ho sentito assolutamente alcun fastidio! L’ultima volta che avevo fatto un tampone in centro a Bologna mi avevano distrutto il naso, traumatizzata. Chi avesse bisogno di un tampone consiglio vivamente la LoydsFarmacia Comunale di Casalecchio!! Dottoressa fantastica! Grazie mille! Non è il modo di comportarsi con i clienti, se fossi stata presente anche io sicuramente le avrei fatto passare la voglia di essere così maleducata. Professionalità ed educazione pari a zero.
