Tipico esempio di lavoro mal gestito e mal eseguito, per poi nascondersi dietro ad un dito. S	Simona Simona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le informazioni date per telefono sono imprecise e creano grossi disagi una volta che ci si presenta di persona(la giustificazione è stata che chi risponde è un volontario quindi non competente). Sono stata accolta da una persona estremamente maleducata e che invitava ad andare da un'altra parte se non andavano bene i modi (ricordiamo che i servizi sono a pagamento). Anche il personale era in generale alterato e poco gentile. Io posso capire lo stress ma qui manca organizzazione e rispetto per le persone prima di tutto! Information given by telephone are imprecise and create major disruption once they turn up in person (the excuse was that the respondent is a volunteer therefore not competent). I was greeted by an extremely rude and inviting to go somewhere else if they were not good ways (remember that the services are chargeable). Even the staff was generally altered and unkind. Dopo numerosi tentativi con attese da quindici e venti minuti di attesa la linea si atacca automaticamente e tocca richiamare e rincominciare l attesa. Fin ora senza successo. Impossible to have telephone contacts to fix appointments and / or explanations. After numerous attempts with waiting times of fifteen and twenty minutes, the line is automatically connected and you have to call back and start the wait again. So far without success.
