★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I farmacisti sono professionali e cortesi. Si possono prenotare medicinali e prodotti anche telefonicamente. Sempre ben fornita. Ho fatto il test rapido con farmacista brava, disponibile e gentile.
Pharmacists are professional and courteous. Medicines and products can also be booked by telephone. Always well stocked. I did the quick test with a good, helpful and kind pharmacist.

Una farmacista è stata molto scortese e maleducata,non solo con noi che comunque le abbiamo risposto con educazione e gentilezza ma anche con un'altro cliente ,trattandolo con sufficienza(la parola sufficienza è molto riduttiva)ed il ragazzo è stato molto garbato nel non risponderle.
Che dire?forse avrebbe bisogno di ferie od un nuovo lavoro.
Mi sono recata nuovamente in questa farmacia,oggi 16 ottobre 2021.
Ho avuto nuovamente la sfortuna di incontrare la stessa farmacista maleducata ed arrogante. Non è solo un caso ma è proprio il suo abituale comportamento.La prossima volta non tacerò più ma chiederò di un suo superiore augurandomi non sia lei,mi spiacerebbe per i suoi colleghi.
Ha proprio sbagliato lavoro.

I went to this pharmacy again today, October 16, 2021.
Again I had the misfortune to meet the same rude and arrogant pharmacist. It is not just a coincidence but it is his usual behavior. Next time I will not be silent anymore but I will ask for a superior hoping it is not her, I would be sorry for her colleagues.
He's got the wrong job.

Riagganciando il telefono.
Se non volete ricevere chiamate staccate il telefono. E scrivete che NON si può prenotare per via telefonica ma solo di persona.

If you do not want to receive calls, disconnect the phone. And write that you CANNOT book by phone but only in person.
reading other reviews, it is clear that the modus of the pharmacy is this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità e ascolto verso il cliente. Consiglio questa farmacia perchè sanno sempre come aiutarti. Anche adesso in questo periodo in cui le farmacie sono prese d'assalto per i tamponi, loro cercano sempre un modo o una soluzione per accontentarti e venirti incontro.
Sono molto riforniti o al massimo il giorno dopo trovi il prodotto. Ti sanno consigliare anche molto bene, mi hanno risparmiato molte telefonate al medico! Grazie
