★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo ottimale per mantenersi in forma. Dotata di ogni e qualsiasi mezzo per aiutare anche i più pigri come il sottoscritto a muoversi e fare ginnastica. Ben organizzati, con spazi ben definiti ed altamente igenizzati.
 Optimal place to keep fit. Equipped with every and every means to help even the laziest ones like myself to move and do gymnastics. Well organized, with well defined and highly sanitized spaces.

Situazione al 20 dicembre 2018.
Guardando le valutazioni vedo che due 5 stelle sono date da personale della palestra.
Palestra normalissima ma con bella attrezzatura Techogym. Un po piccola e in certi giorni è in orari dopo ufficio é affollata come una low cost. Parcheggio sempre libero anche nei giorni di maggior affluenza. I PT di sala sono disponibili solo se interpellati. Una loro presenza "costante" a correggere gli esercizi che vengono mal eseguiti forse è dovuto al cliente considerato il costo: in due anni mi è capitato di essere corretto solo un paio di volte. Ultimamente il servizio schede è sceso di qualità (la scheda é un foglio bianco di MsWord con scritto gli esercizi da effettuare ) però è gratuito e viene fatto ogni 5/6 settimane. Se volete qualcosina in più viene proposto il servizio a pagamento. Non ho provato i corsi ma sembrano ben organizzati . Rapporto qualità / prezzo ... lascio alla vostra valutazione dopo il contatto con la struttura e confronto con i prezzi delle numerose palestre della zona. Girate è valutate prima di decidere.

Situation at December 20, 2018.
Looking at the feedback I see that two 5-stars are given by the gym staff.
Normal gym but with nice Techogym equipment. A bit small and on certain days is after office hours is as busy as a low cost. Parking is always free even on busy days. The PT rooms are available only if requested. Their "constant" presence in correcting the exercises that are badly performed is perhaps due to the client considering the cost: in two years I happened to be corrected only a couple of times. Lately the card service has dropped in quality (the card is a blank MSWord sheet with the exercises to be done written) but it is free and is done every 5/6 weeks. If you want a little more is offered the pay service. I have not tried the courses but they seem well organized. Value for money ... I leave it to your evaluation after contact with the structure and comparison with the prices of the numerous gyms in the area. Turn is evaluated before deciding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato cliente della palestra per diverso tempo sia per utilizzare il campo da squash sia per allenarmi utilizzando i macchinari, tutti molto buoni. È sempre stato piacevole passare il tempo alla Living sia per il personale sempre disponibile e competente sia per l'ambiente e la bella atmosfera che si respira nelle sale. Continuo ad essere cliente Living per l'ottimo servizio di fisoterapia presente in sede....Palestra consigliatissima
I have been a client of the gym for a long time both to use the squash court and to train using the machines, all very good. It has always been pleasant to spend time at the Living both for the staff who are always available and competent and for the environment and the beautiful atmosphere that reigns in the rooms. I continue to be a Living customer for the excellent physotherapy service in place .... Highly recommended gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attrezzi un po' vecchiotti e malandati, poca cura e scarsa pulizia. Non metto una stella solo per i personal tutti molto competenti, capaci e simpatici, buona e utile anche l'app technogym non sempre però integrabile con gli attrezzi appunto datati. Livello amministrativo e organizzativo pessimo, prezzi quasi raddoppiati rispetto allo scorso anno.
A little old and shabby tools, little care and poor cleaning. I do not put a star only for very competent, capable and friendly personnel, the technogym app is also good and useful, but it cannot always be integrated with precisely dated tools. Bad administrative and organizational level, prices almost doubled compared to last year.

Good equipment arranged in adequate spaces. Excellent spinning lessons conducted by trained and engaging instructors. Small but popular relaxation area with turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi
