Ringraziamo in particolare Pino, perché tra l'altro, venendo da fuori, si è fatto in quattro per venirci a prendere e, grazie anche alla collaborazione della dinamica sig.ra Luana Rossi(dell'agenzia pratiche automobilistiche a cui si appoggia la Living car) ci ha riconsegnato in giornata anche il libretto di circolazione con il passaggio regolato. Ho aspettato oltre 6 mesi dalla firma del contratto per avere la mia auto, ritrovandomi con un auto intestata a mio nome ma che non potevo utilizzare, andando a spendere un patrimonio per noleggiarla visto che mi serviva per lavoro. A questo punto tanto valeva comprassi una macchina nuova. Dopodiché dopo neanche tre settimane di utilizzo la marmitta si sfascia perché completamente corrosa, 300 euro di spesa. Cercare di parlare con loro al telefono è impossibile, non rispondono mai al telefono. Quando vado dal concessionario per chiedere se la garanzia copre una parte, scopro che i due venditori non lavorano più in quel concessionario ma sono andati via e nessuno sa spiegarmi perché non risultano garanzie sulla mia auto. Peccato però che ad oggi il salone Linving Car srl ancora si vanti con i suoi banner nel punto vendita vista via Anagnina della vendita di auto in garanzia 12 e 24 mesi!! Una vergogna!! I waited over 6 months from the signing of the contract to have my car, finding myself with a car registered in my name but that I could not use, going to spend a fortune to rent it since I needed it for work. At this point I might as well buy a new car. Then after less than three weeks of use the muffler falls apart because it is completely corroded, 300 euros of expense. Trying to talk to them on the phone is impossible, they never answer the phone. When I go to the dealer to ask if the warranty covers a part, I find that the two sellers no longer work in that dealer but have left and no one can explain to me why there are no guarantees on my car. Too bad, however, that today the Linving Car srl show still boasts with its banners in the point of sale via Anagnina of the sale of cars under 12 and 24 months warranty !! A shame!!

Ma alla Living Car 312 ho incontrato dei simpaticissimi ragazzi e un ambiente molto familiare, Manuel Pino e il meccanico Marco. Vi racconto....Prima di ferragosto ho acquistato e ritirato un usato in fretta, visto il sopraggiungere delle ferie. Manuel mi disse di non preoccuparmi, avrei provato tranquillamente l'auto e se fosse servito qualcosa ci avrebbero pensato loro. Ebbene alla riapertura ho segnalato alcuni piccoli problemini. Ebbene Pino e Marco non mi hanno fatto neanche parlare, sono venuti a ritirare l'auto presso il mio domicilio per esaudire le mie richieste e dopo due giorni l'hanno riportata. Non solo hanno eseguito quanto richiesto ma hanno fatto anche dell'altro. Mi hanno riconsegnato un auto di 3 anni praticamente nuova. Essendo nuova immatricolazione vista l'importazione dell'auto, con la nuova targa sembra nuova, appena uscita dalla concessionaria. Sono rimasto molto, molto contento e soddisfatto. Sono ragazzi semplici ma molto attenti alla soddisfazione del cliente. Fidatevi tranquillamente! Grazie ragazzi. Big, simply big !! I state that I am no longer very young and very, very demanding. Manuel told me not to worry, I would have tried the car safely and if something was needed they would think about it. Well at the reopening I reported some small problems. Well Pino and Marco didn't even let me talk, they came to collect the car at my home to fulfill my requests and after two days they brought it back. Not only did they do what was required but they also did more. A practically new 3-year-old car was returned to me. Being new registration given the import of the car, with the new plate it looks like new, just out of the dealership. I was very, very happy and satisfied. They are simple guys but very attentive to customer satisfaction. Trust quietly! Thank you guys.

Ho preso una sola con loro assurda oltre che la macchina tuttora mi da un sacco di problemi. Il personale scortese, maleducato all'ennesima potenza, soprattutto Manuel. Lo sconsiglio veramente, ci sono un sacco di concessionari, se non volete problemi non comparate da living car. If I could I would give 0 stars ...... Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the Living Car. Bad bad bad. I took only one with them absurd as well as the car still gives me a lot of problems. Rude staff, rude to the nth degree, especially Manuel. I really advise against it, there are a lot of dealerships, if you don't want problems not compared to living car.
