M	Michele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi nella gestione dei problemi. Prenotazione per un villaggio bluserena a sibari dal 20 al 27 giugno. Il tour operator informa che il villaggio non apre e offre 2 alternative. Io richiedo più volte all agenzia che appari che le soluzioni presentate siano adeguate alla mia esigenza di 6 persone. L addetta mi risponde 2 volte che entrambi i villaggi sono adatti e io scelgo il serenè a cutro. Bene, al mio arrivo la stanza che trovo è da 5 poiché quello è il massimo che possono ospitare. Al che alle mie lamentele la responsabile del villaggio mi mostra le mail in cui comunicavano più volte che la capienza massima era da 5. Situazione risolta con 2 camere comunicanti grazie alla disponibilità della struttura. Il tutto però con attesa di 3 ore con 4 bambini di cui 3 di 10 mesi!!!!! La suddetta pseudo operatrice dell'agenzia mi contatta in settimana ed invece di scusarsi attacca e dice che la soluzione è stata fatta grazie al lavoro di Domenica da parte del suo capo. Sempre alla suddetta rispondevo che il lavoro di una seria agenzia di viaggi è escludere ogni problema per il cliente a monte e non risolvere problemi creati da loro per un pessimo lavoro di programmazione delle vacanze. ASSOLUTAMENTE INCOMPETENTE. Bad at handling problems. Booking for a bluserena village in sibari from 20 to 27 June. The tour operator informs that the village does not open and offers 2 alternatives. I ask the agency several times that it appears that the solutions presented are adequate for my need of 6 people. The employee replies twice that both villages are suitable and I choose the serenè a cutro. Well, on my arrival the room I find is for 5 as that is the maximum they can accommodate. To which my complaints the manager of the village shows me the emails in which they communicated several times that the maximum capacity was 5. Situation solved with 2 communicating rooms thanks to the availability of the structure. All this, however, with a wait of 3 hours with 4 children, 3 of which are 10 months old !!!!! The aforementioned pseudo operator of the agency contacts me during the week and instead of apologizing she attacks and says that the solution was made thanks to the work on Sunday by her boss. Also to the aforementioned I replied that the job of a serious travel agency is to exclude any problem for the customer upstream and not solve problems created by them for a bad job of planning the holidays. ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT.

Preventivo richiesto sul loro sito di facile intuizione, mi hanno dato riscontro per mail in un paio d'ore e proposto alternative valide aggiuntive alla mia richiesta! Gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità! Ora attendiamo solo di partire per vedere come andrà il resto!!!! Grazie! We organized our honeymoon with Kira Viaggi to go to Canada and Jamaica: the agency followed us with patience and attention in planning the itinerary, in choosing and booking hotels, flights, cars and activities. They have always responded promptly to all our requests, doubts, whims. They then provided us with all the documentation necessary to face the journey in peace. Ho effettuato due prenotazioni, una per il mese di luglio e una per il mese d'agosto in location diverse, ma in entrambi i casi sono rimasto molto soddisfatto su come sia stata gestita tutta la delicata fase del preventivo (con la scelta delle opzioni più adeguate) e quella contrattuale. Giudizio ampiamente positivo I state that it was the first that I contacted Kira Viaggi, but I was immediately very impressed by the professionalism, transparency and availability of all the staff who knew how to guide and advise me in choosing a holiday village. I made two bookings, one for the month of July and one for the month of August in different locations, but in both cases I was very satisfied with how the whole delicate phase of the estimate was handled (with the choice of the most adequate) and the contractual one.
