★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quello che mi ha colpito è l'insegna del negozietto. Avrà sicuramente più di 50 anni. Basta questo per pensare alla competenza ed alla professionalità. Il tutto è stato confermato quando sono uscito. Sarebbe da mettere nel patrimonio della città.

Il problema era l'action molto alta che la rendeva difficile se non impossibile da suonare.
Volevo renderla ma poi ho pensato che forse a Catania esisteva ancora qualche liutaio. Seppur l'ultimo ancora operante a Catania "Il Sigillo" esiste ed il liutaio è veramente bravo.
Il lavoro eseguito sulla mia chitarra è perfetto!!.
Dispiace vedere scomparire a poco a poco questo artigianato che rappresenta un patrimonio storico e di conoscenza.
Le istituzioni locali e nazionali dovrebbero aiutare queste realtà e non considerarle mere attività commerciali da spremere con tasse senza fornire un supporto reale.
Lunga vita a " Il Sigillo" !!
I bought a guitar online, finished very well and with a nice sound.
The problem was the very high action that made it difficult if not impossible to play.
I wanted to return it but then I thought that perhaps there were still some luthiers in Catania. Although the last one still operating in Catania "Il Sigillo" exists and the luthier is really good.
The work done on my guitar is perfect !!.
Sorry to see this craftsmanship, which represents a historical and knowledge heritage, gradually disappear.
Local and national institutions should help these realities and not consider them mere business to be squeezed with taxes without providing real support.
Long live "Il Sigillo" !!
