★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had dinner here on our 2nd night in Catania and this is so far THE BEST meal of our trip! Giancarlo is so kind, he served us free dessert (delicious almond cake), dessert wine and even knocked off a couple of Euros from the bill to round it up. The service and food were great (seafood pasta and warm seafood salad) but the best thing was the rustic amazing Italian hospitality! Thoroughly recommended!

We had a mixed seafood starters and three pasta seafood dishes, accompanied by a white wine recommended by the owners - I can't remember the name.
Everything unbelievably fresh and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! Sea food dishes are so fresh! Everything is simple and authentic. I took only antipasti first dish that wasn’t on the menu and was recommended by the owner. It had very decent amount of raw shrimps and raw little fishes + cooked octopus, with some unfamiliar greens, lemon and olive oil. AMAZING!!! 10 eu, plus I had a glass of sweet wine and soarkiling water. Altogether 14 eu. I had no regrets! I’ll be back very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding restaurant. I travel to Italy at least once a year just for the food and Giancarlo’s Cantanese and Nero pasta are super impressive and very generous. The staff are very nice and very proud of their small and very clean kitchen (as they should!). I will come again! Thank you!
