Selezione dei vini: non banale , di qualità. Locale carino, curato, e... più grande di quanto sembri. Servizio cortese e simpatico. Prezzo giusto. Da ritornarci sicuramente. Soft and juicy burger. The accompanying grilled vegetables were fresh, not withered or soggy as sometimes happens. Wine selection: non-trivial, quality. Nice, well-kept restaurant, and ... bigger than it looks. Friendly and nice service. Fair price. Definitely come back.

Il locale si trova in via marco polo a Pescara, tra la medesima via e quelle immediatamente adiacenti è piuttosto facile trovare parcheggio senza problemi. Il locale è distribuito su dua piani: piccoli vani ma ben tenuti, curati e luminosi grazie anche alla recente ristruttuzione effettuata in occasione dell'apertura dell'attività. Il responsabile che ci ha ricevuto nonché proprietario, è una persona molto disponibile, cordiale e che riesce a trasmettere ai clienti la propria concezione di qualità delle materie prime. I piatti parlano da soli. Non solo belli da vedere ma anche buoni. L'hamburger è stratosferico; la carne succosa, gli elementi croccanti e la cremosita' del formaggio lo rendono davvero buono buono. Tutti i piatti vengono serviti con un bel coltello degno di un locale dedito alla cottura della carne; difatti oltre ad essere piuttosto scenografico è anche utile per mangiare senza sfaldare la pietanza. Birra ottima. Costo alto? No assolutamente tenendo conto della qualità della carne (la tipologia di carne da me scelta prevedere 14 ore di cottura, era un burro per quanto era tenera) ed anche della location. Ci tornerò sicuramente per provare il brisket. ConsigliatIssimo. I did not know this place in fact I booked on the advice of friends who had already been there and who had found themselves very well. The restaurant is located in via marco polo in Pescara, between the same street and those immediately adjacent it is quite easy to find parking without problems. The restaurant is distributed on two floors: small rooms but well kept, well-kept and bright thanks to the recent renovation carried out during the opening of the business. The manager who received us as well as the owner is a very helpful, friendly person who is able to convey to customers the concept of quality of the raw materials. The dishes speak for themselves. Not only beautiful to look at but also good. The burger is stratospheric; the juicy meat, the crunchy elements and the creaminess of the cheese make it really good good. All dishes are served with a nice knife worthy of a place dedicated to cooking meat; in fact, in addition to being rather scenic, it is also useful for eating without flaking off the dish. Great beer. High cost? Absolutely not considering the quality of the meat (the type of meat I chose to provide for 14 hours of cooking, it was a butter as it was tender) and also of the location. I will definitely go back to try the brisket. Highly recommended.

Il personale gentile e attento, ci ha servito con rapidità. Il cibo, particolare, è molto buono. Ci hanno spiegato anche come si svolge la preparazione dei piatti. Ci torneremo per assaggiare altro! Very nice and easy to reach, although there is a bit of walking to find the parking. The kind and attentive staff served us quickly. The food, in particular, is very good. L	Larraine “Santos” Criss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small from outside but they have a big space inside. I love this place because they offer option to have a burger without the buns and have it replace with some salad. Their beer selection is very nice.
