Meraviglioso negozio, gestito in maniera impeccabile da Patrizia, la quale ci ha accompagnati nella scelta dell'arredamento dall'inizio alla fine, ed inoltre è stata molto professionale e disponibile nell'aiutarci a curare ogni ambiente della casa dalla "A" alla "Z" sotto ogni singolo aspetto. Grazie a lei siamo anche riusciti a risolvere alcune problematiche che ci sembravano prive di ogni soluzione. Super consigliato!! Torneremo sicuramente in questo negozio! e	eunice castellana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa! Ho ordinato da loro : mobile tv, tavolo e 6 sedie. Tutto molto bello, ma l’esperienza è da brividi! La prima volta che arrivó il mobile tv era tutto macchiato ed è stato sostituito, recandomi disagi (ho dovuto mettere la tv a terra e aspettare altre 3 settimane per ricevere la sostituzione) Le sedie arrivate erano diverse da quelle ordinate, anche lì ho dovuto attendere altre settimane per ricevere il prodotto ordinato, che tra l’altro è arrivato con delle colature di colore nei bordi, altre sue sedie da sostituire! Le foto fanno vedere in che condizioni si trova il mobile tv dentro, evidentemente era finita la vernice. Una delle sedie dopo pochi mesi si rompe, mi viene accettava la sostituzione, ma arriva un’altra sedia diversa. A quel punto stanca dei continui sbagli ho chiesto l’arrivo della sedia che ho ordinato, finale? Mi viene negata e il mio numero viene pure bloccato! Una storia surreale… Bad experience! I ordered from them: TV cabinet, table and 6 chairs. All very nice, but the experience is thrilling! The first time the TV cabinet arrived it was all stained and was replaced, causing me inconvenience (I had to put the TV on the ground and wait another 3 weeks to receive the replacement) The chairs arrived were different from those ordered, even there I had to wait another few weeks to receive the ordered product, which among other things arrived with color dripping on the edges, other chairs of hers to replace! The photos show the condition of the TV cabinet inside, evidently the paint was finished. After a few months one of the chairs breaks, I was accepted to replace them, but another different chair arrives. At that point, tired of the constant mistakes, I asked for the arrival of the chair I ordered, final? I am denied and my number is even blocked! A surreal story ...
