Una volta ottenuto, avendo prontamente effettuato il bonifico e l’ordine di acquisto per un problema tecnico (ennesima assurdità) non si è potuto procedere con l’acquisto. Ci hanno impiegato 3 settimane per procedere con la restituzione del prezzo già pagato. Mai avuta un’esperienza così così negativa con un negozio di mobili. Assenza di professionalità, da evitare assolutamente!
Dramatic experience, a birth to get a quote, given the incompetence and rudeness of the worker of the Pescara office. Once obtained, having promptly made the transfer and the purchase order for a technical problem (the nth absurdity) it was not possible to proceed with the purchase. It took them 3 weeks to proceed with the return of the price already paid. Never had such a bad experience with a furniture store. Absence of professionalism, to be avoided absolutely!
