Purtroppo i lati negativi sono importanti, il gestore vi verrà a rompere i maroni ogni due secondi per ogni cosa che fate, insultandovi se volete allenarvi da soli dicendovi che non siete buoni a niente e che avreste dovuto (data la sua “enorme” professionalità nella materia) pagargli le lezioni personal trainer. Insomma guai a voi se solo osate starvene tranquilli a fare i vostri esercizi per conto vostro. Vi torturerà fino all’impossibile peraltro davanti a tutta la palestra. Il problema non sono i consigli peraltro alcuni buoni senz’altro ma i modi bruschi con cui il titolare scoccia e insulta il cliente. Palestra assolutamente sconsigliata a chi già si allena da tempo e conosce gli esercizi e attrezzi e dunque vuole fare da solo, ma anche a chi è alle prime armi. Esperienza consigliata solo a quelli a cui in palestra piace essere rotti le scatole dal personal trainer ogni due secondi a suon di insulti e cattiverie, comunque esistono esperienze più gentili anche in questo caso, qui siamo invece proprio agli estremi per veri temerari e masochisti. In conclusione in via generale consiglio a tutti di non iscriversi in questa palestra. Gym equipped at the level of machinery and tools, clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. Unfortunately the downsides are important, the manager will come to break the chestnuts every two seconds for everything you do, insulting you if you want to train yourself by telling you that you are good for nothing and that you should (given his "enormous" professionalism in subject) pay him for the personal trainer lessons. In short, woe to you if you only dare to stay calm and do your exercises on your own. Moreover, he will torture you to the extent impossible in front of the whole gym. The problem is not the advice, however, some good ones, certainly, but the abrupt ways in which the owner annoys and insults the customer. Gym absolutely not recommended for those who have been training for some time and know the exercises and tools and therefore want to do it alone, but also for those who are beginners. Experience recommended only to those who like to be busted in the gym by the personal trainer every two seconds to the sound of insults and malice, however there are gentler experiences also in this case, here we are instead right at the extremes for true daredevils and masochists. In conclusion, I generally advise everyone not to join this gym.
