A Pasqua ho fatto un viaggio a Malta in gruppo, organizzato da loro, ed è stato curato nei minimi dettagli. Tutto è andato bene e nel nuovo catalogo dei loro prossimi viaggi non c'è che l'imbarazzo della scelta. La cosa importante è la certezza che siamo in buone mani. Qualche giorno prima della partenza c'è stata una riunione nella loro grande sala al secondo piano e ci hanno spiegato nei dettagli come si sarebbe svolto il viaggio e noi abbiamo potuto fare le domande che ci premevano ed esposto i dubbi che avevamo. Organizzati benissimo, accompagnatrice molto gentile, disponibile e preparata. Partecipanti al viaggio (era un tour di gruppo) tutti educati, rispettosi e di una certa cultura. Parcheggio ultra-comodo al deposito pullman. Catalogo molto dettagliato, che invoglia a fare tutti i viaggi! Peccato che non mi hanno + inviato la foto di gruppo... Gli italiani (pochi) snobbati sia nella lingua (nessuno parlava italiano) sia nelle attività (piscina con donne complete di burka immerse). Spiaggia inesistente. Mi cerco un'altra agenzia che mi consigli meglio. I was a customer, not anymore. A nightmare trip to Sharm el Sheikh. A beautiful and very expensive structure but with a purely Russian or Egyptian cuisine. The Italians (few) snubbed both in the language (no one spoke Italian) and in the activities (swimming pool with women complete with burkas immersed). Non-existent beach. I am looking for another agency that recommends me better.
